Legends Z-A was the most fun I’ve had with a Pokemon game since Legends Arceus. The story was surprisingly very good and exploring Lumiose City was much more fun than expected considering the entire game takes place there.

Really good game! The game play is pretty good and the wild areas are nice but could be better. The thing I love the most is the battle me set up, it’s not turned base like it has been in previous games

This game is really fun for Pokemon fans. It plays really well on the switch 1. However, some parts are boring and tedious. The game is really easy, though the boss battles offer a good challenge.

I really do like the game. I feel like it is a step back if you did play Legends Arceus or Scarlett and Violet. The graphics are not that great, although some of the elements are still good, and the storyline is pretty solid.

It was fun to play definitely recommend the switch 2 version for 60 frames but it’s very playable on the first switch
Only wish we got voice acting, if age of imprisonment has it pokemon can too

Pokémon Legends: Z-A is one of the boldest entries in the series. The real-time battle system is a huge step forward and makes fights feel more alive than ever. The story and music are great!!

I am dissapointed by the graphics, but it does run well on my first revision Switch 1. It's fun and different enough to keep me interested. Was my dream as a kid to have a "real-time" Pokemon game so it would be more like the anime :)

I'll start by acknowledging this game may not be technically perfect
But you can get a cup of coffee with Aron and I think that makes it basically perfect.
The battle system is fun and engaging, there's a solid level of challenge compared to other games. There's an incredible degree of love and detail in the pokemon animations, movements, expressions. The fashion customization is a delight the cast of characters and dialogue is genuinely hilarious and really well done.
Anyone who loves pokemon would enjoy this game overall, and I've already sunk 100 hours into it. It's fun, plain and simple.

The real-time combat system is a bold step for the series: battles feel more dynamic, with the player and Pokémon acting simultaneously rather than a purely turn-based menu system.
• The game takes place in the familiar region of Kalos (specifically in Lumiose City), which brings a nostalgic value for long-time fans while introducing fresh mechanics.
• Sales are strong: the game sold approximately 5.8 million copies in its first week, showing there is still strong demand for Pokémon titles.
• There is a clear intent to build on the spin-off “Legends” sub-series (after Pokémon Legends: Arceus) and experiment with the formula.

Great game, love the new battle system and the return of the catching system from Arceus, the game runs really smoothly! Also really enjoy the design of the city!

A lot of pokemon cool battels and the ranking system is cool and you can heal in a battle and looks really beautiful and the wild zones are really cool and you can knock out a Pokemon with a super effective move in one hit and it is not that cool when you knock out a Pokemon and you go two catch it and it doesn’t go in then it disappears and you have two knock out a nother one but really fun and can’t wait for the next one

The game is fun. Good story, not forced to push through the story you could do side quests. And even weeks after finishing the original story I am still playing.

Pokemon came out when I was in high school, so I didn't really mesh with it much. The turn based battles just seemed really slow to me when I was actively playing more action focused games. This game, ZA, was made for people like me who didn't like the turn based battles, but loved the collecting aspect. The battles are more active, faster, and collecting is a breeze. If you haven't really meshes with previous installments, give this one a shot. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Brilliant take on the Pokémon game series. Real-time battles, and MEGA Pokémon make it better than a lot of recent entries to the series. I do recommend.

It's a pretty fun game once you get out of the tutorial. There's always something to do which is nice. The new battle system is super fun and brings a breadth of fresh air in a Pokémon game
