This is the first release that is starting to show off the ability of the 3ds over the 2ds.

I wasn't expecting to have as much fun as I did with this game. I was happy to see as many returning pokemon as I did and the addition of new styles of originals was fun. The story kept me wanting more and now I'm working on my pokedex. I can't wait to see what they do next!

I was waiting for the release on this pokemon game and it is just so awesome to have finally gotten the game. It's quite different with the other generation games, but it is fun! The story is a different pace compared to what we're used to. It's still fun to play and enjoy

Pokemon Sun and Moon are great for both new and long time fans. They've of course added brand new Pokemon to catch as well as new Alolan forms of some of the original set of Pokemon. Some nice features from previous games are missing though. There's no Super Training or DexNav, which is pretty disappointing. It's also a 3DS game that pretty much has no 3D at all, not even for the Pokemon battles like previous titles. It also doesn't make use of the "New 3DS" features in any way.

Different then the Older Pokemon Games. They don't have gyms in this 1. But it is still fun. I give it a solid 8/10.

Bought this for my older daughter. She has been a fan of Pokemon since it began here in the U.S.A.. I recommend this to any fan of Pokemon. These are always fun games to play and have a lot that you can do. Great way to spend your down time. You just gotta catch 'em all!

I haven't played a Pokemon game since the Gameboy days but I decided to pick this up for the 3DS and I've had a lot of fun with it. It really feels like a change of the formula to have the trials instead of gyms, and there's lots of interesting Pokemon and characters.

The video game has good resolution. My 9 yrs old enjoys the game with his friends.

Forget Pokemon Go. They dropped the ball bigtime on it. Waited too long for updates and the release of the armband. But this is leaves and bounds over X and Y. Really liking it. I will probably subscribe to the Pokemon Bank so I can transfer all my pokemon from X.

Even though this is the earlier edition, it is the basis for the later edition.

I have added this game to my collection of Pokemon games. It has excellent graphics and operates smoothly. The nice thing is that the game allows you to search for new objects different than other Pokemon games. The search for new objects increases your skill level.

I've played nearly every pokemon game to date, so it's understandable that the genre would bring a little fatigue. However, pokemon Sun/Moon bring a fresh take that any fan should love. I also love that Nintendo increasingly focuses on the storyline in this series!

For long time fans there are so many quality of life features that makes handling your Pokémon so much easier and the presentation of the game finally makes the Pokémon feel like they are part of the actual games world! Super good for newcomers to Pokémon as well!

Just as the title of the summary of the review says,Pokémon Sun is more of the Pokémon game & formula that made itself so popular back in the 1990's. It's Pokémon, there are new mechanics that help enhance the experience, but if you like the Pokémon just get it.

It is a fun setting for a new adventure in this well trod world. The graphics are great and it there are lots of new Pokemon to capture and train. It is a Pokemon game though and it has not changed much of its core which is good if you are a fan of the series.

I have played almost every title that has been ever released and this one is has the best animation any of the prior ones have had of course for good reasons. Despite the great animation the story is breath of fresh air with a different approach than before.

My son wanted this game for Christmas because he loves all Pokemon games.

If you like Pokemon games, this is a beautiful addition to the franchise.

Pokemon will be very familiar to those who have played the most recent Pokemon games on the 3DS. It is very similar but that's not a bad thing. The game is still incredibly fun and there are hours to be had playing it. Would recommend to any Pokemon fan!

I miss the Gym battles. The new Pokemon are cool as well as the new moves you can learn and teach them.
