I came a day before to ask about the stock of this item. The highland store would not tell me. I waited 2 hours to e day of release and I was 5th in line only to be said they had 1 stock. I asked if they could do an online purchase and they said yes, then it was cancelled. I then talked to online support who said that the store manager would call me back to make the purchase again which they did not. Worst customer experience and service ever

Dont order online from best buy product was not shipped in a box. Came in a brown bag with no protective packaging.

Bought in March of 2026, when Pokemon is difficult to find in the wild! Scalpers have created a situation where even normal shoppers feel the need to hoard whatever they can get at MSRP. Best Buy stepped in with an invite system allowing your average Joe to possibly get this high value item. Good job Best Buy! I'm only taking a star off because the the box was dented and the plastic ripped in shipping. I was hoping to keep it for my sealed collection. Time to rip some packs. :)

The contents of the set are a perfect collection of items for someone into pokemon cards. The biggest problem is people trying to get around the system to try and buy as many as possible and resell at an extremely inflated price. If you can find one for normal retail price its great.

I waited in line to get the spc but by the time it my turn it out of stock. Find out from a friend best buy plus and total membership can order in store so I ordered the spc and it going to ship to my home on june 6 but look like it shiping soon to me by end of may. This one time I’m glad I got the membership for this in store drop order.

Loved getting this box for the promo alone. I know they call it "traumatic evolutions" but I have fun ripping packs regardless of big hits or not. Love the other items it comes with including the beautiful play mat. No god pack this time aroind but the chase is the best part!

Great experience, I requested an invitation to be invited to buy this sweet box. Not sure if it was a randomized raffle system but I ended up getting picked. This was the first time I’ve had the easiest purchasing experience ever for such a highly anticipated item/release. Best Buy needs to continue this system. Be far the best queue system. Plus I got it shipped to my house, no damage to the merchandise what so ever. 5 STAR RATING!!

I had a great experience purchasing the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection (x3). The item wasn’t available directly in-store, but the associate who helped me was fantastic. She quickly located it in the system and assisted me with placing an in-store order for home delivery. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the transaction very pleasant from start to finish. Everything arrived as expected and in great condition. Really appreciate the excellent customer service — thank you for making it such an easy experience!

I haven’t opened my Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection yet because I’m still hoping to find a second one before I crack it. The presentation and contents look fantastic, easily matching what you’d expect from a high-end Pokémon product. The only real downside is how hard it is to find at retail price. Compared to the secondary market, catching one at MSRP feels pretty rare. If you can grab it in-store at list price, it’s absolutely worth picking up.

Every company should run random lotteries like this. It makes it fair, and gives actual collectors a chance to get sought after items that scalpers use bots to obtain most of the inventory for. Also, keeping it at retail, unlike Gamestop who jacked up their prices is great integrity.

Best deal you will be able to find. Packaging is always in great condition.

Box is sweet. No tears or rips. Best Buy does a great job with their Pokémon tcg.

So I have to meet a 50 character minimum so I’m gonna rant about the experience i had at 71st not this one, I got the SLOWEST customer service rep who wasn’t even designated to be that, he was an Apple specialist who was TERRIBLE. I asked for Pokémon packs and he went SO SLOW and he pointed at magic while another customer service representative who had some sense of what they were doing grabbed the last few packs I wanted from this guy. I HATE that that happened and I will forever hold that memory.

Great product at MSRP and they tend to be in good condition for sealed collectors.

Great if you’re willing to wait 3 hours before the store opens. That’s if the store employee doesn’t buy them first. Product itself is great though.
