There is no guesswork with the tracker and, in addition, it has the heart rate monitor that helps me stay on the fat burning zone when on cardio day.

The watch does everything it suggests. Only negative is their is no backlight making it difficult to operate in a dark setting.

I got this for my son who is avid motocross racer so needed something sturdy but relatively inexpensive because of the beating it takes. He got with heart rate monitor and wears it all the time. Loves the fact it is waterproof which was tested in showers and rain. Great price & product

I love this fitness watch! I luv how the face is large and you don't have to squint to see the numbers. It isnt too masculine looking so it looks appropriate on my arm. Im also very impressed how you can link it to your computer and keep stats on it.

The watch works well but not ideal for swimming. It felt flimsy. I ended up exchanging for a Garmin.

I bought an Apple watch wanting a sport watch and thought the other features would be an added bonus. The Apple watch is not a sport watch for many reasons. I turned in my Apple watch and got the Polar A300. It does everything you need a sport watch to do and much more. Plus is actually records your heart rate continuously and accurately. More than I can say for the "other" sport watch. I have had Polar products before and they a extremely durable.

Simply to use. Lot of sports to choose abd accurate HR with polar H7.

Keeps track of steps and calories burned daily but when used in conjunction with the strap, it provides a great deal more. Heart rate as well as other indicators such as distance and time are tracked. It is easily synced to the app and the web to keep a log of your progress.

I received it faster than stated and have enjoyed it from the moment that I got it. The battery lasted a long time on the first charge and as well on the second. As in like 3+ weeks or more each charge,

Have no complaints about the watch or the hr belt, but the apps leave a lot to be desired. They have a list of machines, but if you use one not in the list, you cannot add it. You also cannot set up a training program, like a cardio workout. For what it does it very good.

Does everything I need it to do. Band could be a little more comfortable

It's a nice watch my girlfriend really likes it....

Found it is easy to remove the band and attach to PC.
