I purchased this watch a month ago and I really like it a lot. It was very easy to program and I didn't look at the manual to learn how to use it. It's very accurate and I like the built in light!

Great heart rate monitor, very accurate, easy to set up and use. If you want to be able to upload your workout files to the company web site I recommend the Polar FT 7, it is a little more expensive but has a few more features. They are both great monitors.
