Easy to figure out how to use and scroll thru menu options for heart rate, for workout period gives average heart rate, max heart rate and calories burned. Love it and would be it again.

It is very easy to use and very precise. The only fail is that sometimes the band on the chest can't sense my heart rate, it happens very rarely but shouldn't :(
