use for swimming

Alone, with only the app bluetooth was not sufficient in the water. I still can get moments of no reading where the HR drops to zero, but I can get a good idea at the end of each lap to make sure my tachycardia is not a problem and can regulate my medicine accordingly. I use my Fitbit Blaze most of the time and log the swim data from the Polar app to the Fitbit app.

It's a great strap that accurately tracks HR

I don't have to wear the wrist monitors that are unreliable because they keep dropping heart rate every so often. You just put this strap on and you can target your workout so you're getting maximum effectiveness.

I have been using it for all of my running and bicycle riding and I have no complaints it just works. It connects very fast and has a replaceable battery that I have been using every other day for the past 8 months and see no signs of weakness.
