I don't use this very much, but it is comfy and the only issue I have had with this product is the strap. It came undone one time.

I get really accurate data synced right to my phone... The monitor also isn't uncomfortable like some of the other monitors.

This product works great with IOS and Driod with no issues. It also works great with any polar product and app. It works with life fitness treadmill and any other treadmill that has Bluetooth and downloading required for the treadmill it will automatically read it.

I link this with Digifit app on my iPhone, and use it anytime I am doing cardio or strength exercise. Using the app it charts all kinds of data based on your heart beat which is sent bluetooth to your app. I even wear it during a walk and it uses the GPS to map your course, and all the data that goes with it. Only negative is that I had to order on their website a large chest strap, would have been nice to have had that option in the store. Also have had several workouts where it loses the signal from the heart causing a drop in the readings. I went to the pharmacy and got some conductive gel and tightened the strap a little more and think I have that resolved. Although that is a very minor negative, overall it's a great tool and I would not hesitate to recommend it and purchase again.

The Polar H7 Bluetooth smart heart rate sensor is convenient and makes tracking workouts a lot easier. The design is simple and easy to clean. Connection to phones and workout equipment is fast and easy. I find this produce to be more reliable than other versions of this product. Great for every skill level.

I ware this primarily when I ride my bike. It's extreamly easy to use and very light weight. It seems to read fairly acuretly. The only thing that I could complain about inthe official app could be improved as some of the things are not the most efficient.
