I really like the Polar products. i have tried and have Apple watch, Fitbit Surge and the Flex, Jawbone products, Whitings products as well. And the Loop together with the Stride Cadence, and the HR7 heart rate monitor strap. This combination works well. The battery life is not that great, I get no longer then a day and half before need to recharge two and a half days if I do not train, Claims up to 8 days (no way). But still a nice product. A little hard to sync at times.

Very good activity tracker especially when using the polar chest strap. The clip to fasten the tracker to your wrist kept on in clipping itself with the lightest touch. If it would just stay on I would have given it 4 Stars.

Bought this for my husband so we could track his sleeping patterns. Does an ok job, but it's slow to sync up and the band is continuously popping open.

Good fitness tracker for steps, calories, heart rate when purchasing the accessory and time.

I reviewed the product on many websites and this one was the best accurate heart rate monitor to let u know the calories burned.

Liked the look but was told by an associate that it had heart rate monitor built in. It does not. Also didn't like that you have to cut the band to make it fit correctly.

Great styling on the fitness tracker! The charger tip design is fair edges worn and would not maintain chair. It kept saying replace USB plug as an error message on the tracker. Fortunately for me I purchased 2-year Geek Squad protection plan and it saved me again. The gentleman at the 115th & Metcalf store was very helpful in ordering it online for me and delivering it to my house. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement.

As advertised. Works well while swimming too. The Polar Flow App could be a bit better. Especially as it relates to displaying sleep and reported summary. A bit clumsy.

I think this is the finest tracker made. It is fully water proof.

The bracelet is functional but it does not inform when the battery is low. And if it turns off it has to be reset in the computer.

Bad followup to the Loop 1

I used and loved my Polar Loop. It finally bit the dust so I decided to try out the second generation, the Polar Loop 2. It looks identical to the first gen Loop but has a few added features. On paper all the extra features make sense. It tracks activity, sleep, and inactivity. It has vibration notifications, which is a step up from the from the original Loop. It also has an LED display, which looks cool and saves on battery life. Immediately I started to notice issues, however. The clasp on this band versus the original Loop is inferior. It unclasps if I hit it on things or even just roll my wrist the wrong way. This is incredibly frustrating because the activity tracker falls off when I'm being active. The proprietary charging cable included is also shorter than the first gen Loops cable. It seems Polar decided to cut costs on the Loop 2 and somehow charge almost $50 more for the product. The price point puts it towards activity trackers with included heart rate monitors. If you are torn between this and the first gen Loop, go with that one. Its cheaper and all you are missing out on are the notifications, otherwise its the exact same tracker but it has a better clasp. These are one size fits all, if you are uncomfortable cutting the band look elsewhere.
