    I needed a taller than average tripod for my camera and spotting scope use as I am tall and have trouble comfortably viewing with a shorter tripod. My first tripod was a off brand and after only 6 months had broken parts. This Polaroid is much better quality and for the cost difference well worth the extra money. Using it for several months with no problems and no broken parts.

    Feels and looks good. Heavy enough for larger cameras but I wouldn't trust it with longer lenses. Otherwise, great product.

    The screw fastening the camera to the quick release plate does not hold the camera tightly enough. I found that when setting up the camera in portrait mode on the tripod, even with a moderately heavy lense like a 24-70mm, the weight of the lens causes the entire camera and lense assembly to slowly pivot towards the ground. It would not handle a 70-200mm lens.

    I didn't need a professional tripod, but still need a tall stable camera platform for video recording. It's perfect for my Canon M50 and GoPros.

    This tripod is great! It's in a very reasonable price range and well worth every cent. Strong, durable and very sturdy. No shaking. I expect it to last me a long time before I spend money on a more expensive tripod. I currently use it for a Canon Rebel. No assembly needed. I am over 6ft tall and it stands taller than me when fully extended. It's a great buy. No disappointments here.
