Came brand new in box and most of the Polaroid photos have turned out well

Some of the pictures( about 60%) developed with vertical smudges although some are better than others. I am unclear if this is a camera or film issue but google searches say probably the film. I have only used 2 of the 5 packs but both have had this issue. Some of the pictures look cooler with the Smudges though, so I can't complain too much. This is a good deal for this film type, just be careful to try them before you can't return them.
Hi Berenice, I'm sorry to hear that! This doesn't sound normal. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com with sample images showing your results and we can help you.

Film is great, it’s very very expensive to shoot, but also a lot of fun.

I’ve been using this Polaroid film with my Polaroid Lab printer and I absolutely love it. The quality of the photos is impressive — colors are rich, and the contrast is just the right amount of vintage and clarity. It really brings out that classic Polaroid charm.
The film develops pretty quickly (around 10-15 minutes), and I haven’t had any issues with stuck prints or blank photos, which I know can sometimes happen with instant film. The packaging is secure, and the expiration dates are always far enough out that I can stock up with confidence.
A quick tip: make sure to shield the film from light as soon as it ejects — I use the darkslide or even just my hand to protect it, and it helps the final image come out better.
Overall, it’s a little pricey per shot, but worth it for the nostalgia and joy of having a physical photo in your hands right away. I’d definitely buy this again.

1st time doing a Best Buy online / app purchase.
I’m not really into buying from apps but I went ahead and bought this open box Polaroid film. I wasn’t sure at first but once my package arrived and I tested out one of the films from this open box, it came out good. Not sure if some of the films were exposed to light or bad temperature during shipping process. But I was still satisfied with my purchase.

I'm still getting the hang of working with these. The film is good, easy to use, and well packaged. This pack comes in handy especially of you're just starting off like me. It's perfect to have trial and error if you're going for a special shot you want to capture with plenty of film to go through.

I’ve been using Polaroid Color i-Type Film for a bit now, and it really leans into that classic, nostalgic feel. The colors aren’t super crisp or true-to-life—they’re softer, a little warm, and sometimes a bit unpredictable—but that’s kind of what makes it special.

Polaroid i‑Type Color Film delivers classic, vibrant Polaroid photos with that nostalgic look. Easy to use with no battery needed. Each pack only has 8 shots and colors can vary a bit, but the results are worth it. Great for fun, instant photography.

I Absolutely love my Polaroid and the films. the photos are so clear and the dry time is quick and does not fade. The size of the film is large enough to see everything in detail. Highly recommend this brand for long lasting polaroid's for memories <3

I recently bought the Polaroid I-Type Color Film for my son, and it has been a wonderful addition to their photography collection! The quality of the prints is exceptional, with vibrant colors and sharp details that really bring each moment to life. It's amazing to see how the photos develop right before our eyes, capturing memories in a tangible and nostalgic way.
The film is easy to use and works perfectly with our Polaroid camera. My teen loves experimenting with different shots, and the instant gratification of holding a physical photo just seconds after taking it adds to the fun.
Overall, the Polaroid I-Type Color Film has brought a lot of joy and creativity into our home. It's a great way to encourage young photographers to explore their skills and document their experiences. Highly recommend this film for anyone looking to capture and cherish their special moments!

Polaroid film is typically not worth the cost. Photos turn out okay. Quality can vary between packs. Ex - One pack would printer warmer photos than others.
