Happy recipient finally

Dissatisfied

I bought this on January First as a treat for myself. I had read reviews that there are some issues but thought hey I’ll try it out. Sure enough I bought it along with the film which I remind you is 16 dollars for a 20 pack. I use it the first day and I’m able to print about 5 pictures. I put it away and use it again the following week and that’s when it started. I get a notification that stated it needs to be refilled. But I still have five sheets left IN The cartridge. I read the instructions and turned it off and then back on. It still continued to do the same. I pulled the cartridge out and it ruined the ink film. Everything was pulled out, literally 16 dollars down the drain. I tried to return it the other day b because it was more than the 15 days they could not help me. I figured maybe store credit but they said they could only exchange for a new one. Why would I want a new one if the same thing will happen? The manager on Duty was not helpful at all. I was over the 14 days by a week. So NO I do not recommend. I am soooo disappointed with Best Buy and the return policy. I thought they would do better. Especially since I’m a loyal customer and have bought my TV, sound system and washer and dryer from them.
