The remote could use some upgrading. A backlight would be beneficial. When in doubt PUSH "OPT" button & try again (when system switches to blinking blue light)!

Had a 55 inch flat screen in open floor plan. Sound needed help. Couldn’t hear if someone was talking. Talked with sales rep who showed me options, this was best for what I needed and was willing to spend.

Great Sounding unit for the money, easy to set up, only annoying thing is having to pair the Bluetooth soundbar every time you turn on the TV and sound bar.

I don't like tinny sound bars. I chose the Polk because of its reputation. It was the same price as the Sony soundbar, but has a richer sound in my ears, also has adjustable base. Totally happy with it.

Completely get why this sound bar was recommended to us. You can actually understand the talking while the action is going on. We watch a lot of movies at our place and for the cost of this sound bar it is well worth the value. Easy set up, easy to mount on the wall right under your TV and the wireless bass sub works as far as 5 feet away from our TV. From what I gather Polk puts a lot of great products out there on the market and this is their specialty.

Beautiful clean and powerful sound. Crisp bass. Great for movies and music. Easy setup. Worth every penny.

I ordered this with my new TCL 55". It's a decent product for the price and sounds good, not great. I have two issues with it. One is my own unfamiliarity with soundbars and the other is a little odd. I wrongly assumed all soundbars could be connected in such a way so that the remote controlling the TV would also control the soundbar. I just don't want another remote to find just to change the volume. Lesson learned. The second issue is that there is some visual/audio disconnect in voices. The bar is sitting right under the TV but the sound is disconnected from the screen just enough. It's not huge but it just doesn't work for me. I'm returning it and will live with the sound from the TV. I have a nice stereo in another room for watching music and movies.....

Sound was up to the usual high bar that Polk has set for itself. But there were two deal killers. IMO soundbars have two drawbacks, if set on the console in front of the TV, they often cover the TV reciever so they need to be mounted somewhere. Argh. But the real DEAL KILLER was the remote. This unit will NOT work with my TVs remote. Which I discovered after purchasing on the Polk website. I do not need a 2nd remote to track. Item was returned.

Purchased in conjunction with Sony TV. Was unable to integrate management of sound bar with TV and was impacted by what Polk called their Eco improvements. In order to use this product with TV on Cable system it was necessary to always carry around two remote controllers. Polk said basic remote compatibility features were removed from this design to make it less expensive. They simply made it useless. Best Buy provided prompt refund upon return.

Easy setup, great sound quality also excellent product for the price. Polk has a very good sound quality.

I was very pleased and surprised how great the sound was coming from this soundbar. i use this everyday and love the different settings. I can change the sound output from sports to a movie.

Purchased this sound bar to go with my samsung tv , had a faulty remote once it was returned the remote worked fine and the quality of the sound is great. Also it had a great price on sale.

Bought this to replace a much more expensive Pioneer that died after two years. Sound difference between the two is virtually the same and the voice adjustments on the Polk (adjusting for differing levels of voice clarity) is kind of amazing. Small profile of the actual bar is especially appealing—prob half the size of the old Pioneer. Dramatically improves sound of my TV at a truly reasonable price. Very happy with this purchase.

Wanted to get a soundbar to go with a 55in Samsung TV that we were getting for my dad. After reading online reviews, I had decided on the samsung soundbar, but once the associate demoed it in the store followed by the polk soundbar, I instantly changed my mind. The sound is awesome and it was actually cheaper than the one I originally wanted. Has great quality and I am extremely happy with it and will soon be buying another for myself.

This sound bar delivers great sound for the price, but will never replace surround sound. Wireless speakers will enhance the quality.

We purchased a new TV and needed a sound system to amplify the volume. I did minimal research but still went into the Best Buy and asked about the best economical sound system. We listened to a couple but the sound on the Polk 2.1 Sound System with Wireless Subwoofer was like a mike drop! The sound was rich, deep and clear ( the others had mad background noise...). The price sealed the deal! Love it and would purchase again!

I believe this is one of polks best, for the price you are getting a very decent sound bar and sub. Great sale price at bestbuy!

What can i say you buy polk u get great sound i would make sure your tv has the digital audio port for this Polk wants you too to get the best you can hear great job Polk....

Overall has good sound and the wireless sub makes set up super easy. The biggest feature was the availability to enhance vocal volume and sub woofer control from the remote
