The sound is great when it works with our TV but bluetooth worked once in a year. I've had the sub lose connectivity for a month and then start back up. now the latest is the display lights no longer illuminate. I don't know what happened to Polk...the sound is there with lots of bass but apparently the electronics side evades them.

My HTPC and its Nvidia Console detected the TV instead of the receiver even though the HTPC was directly connected the soundbar. It's as if it was passing through the sound via eARC and then back down again as sound was only stereo. So it really doesn't process sound when a HDMI device is directly connected to it. Very weird. This is unacceptable for a $500 soundbar

I added the surround speakers for another $200. All of the speakers are wireless My living room sounds like a movie theater. I would Definitely buy this again, plus add the compatible surround speakers.
