It packs a punch and then some! It sounds nice and clear without distortion.

I have all my TV's on stands, not wall mounted. I purchased a Sony X950 and unfortunately my center channel speaker covered the bottom part of the screen. I wanted a decent low profile center channel speaker for my 5.2 system in my master bedroom and this works perfectly. The sound is good but the smaller woofers on this speaker are not as good as center channels with larger woofers. The 3" woofers do a good job for their size and work well with my Polk S60 towers and S10 surrounds.

Fits my home theater perfectly. Asthetics are spot on. I had limited space under my screen for a center channel speaker. Sound field is broad and filling. I know I made the right decision.

I needed a short center channel speaker to replace an older one that covered up the bottom part of the new TV screen and the crawl at the bottom of news or sports channels screens. Most soundbars fit great but would not work with 7.1 Yamaha surround sound system.

Dont let my 3 stars mislead you. For most people this would be a 5 star center and I would agree with them. Its just Im an audio nut and I have a huge open room with double subs and the Polk S60's and really good surrounds and a beast of a reciever with amp. What I found is when I really cranked the volume it just struggled to keep up with the other components in my system. There was a slight gap in the center fill and issues with boominess or sibilance with ceartin ranges of male voices and female upper ranges. Especially in the middle of a lot of action or busy noise traffic in the movie or music. In a less powerful setup and midsized room or even larger room better sealed I dont think these things would be an issue. I prefer more full range centers anyway but I really wanted to give this a shot due to size and looks its really a nice looking center. And it does sound fantastic. But even after breakin it just couldnt quiet hang in there with the other components and speakers in my system. Personally I wish Polk would have come out with an upgraded top of the line signature center with matching 6.5 woofers with the 4 layer voice coils in a 3 way design with theyre power port design that I could run full range. Now I would have payed easily 350 on up for something like that but as I said Im an audionut. I also wanted it for timbre matching but I dont insist on this as I find its only neccessary if the center channel is vertical like the towers. The horizontal compromise for below the tv limits the speaker anyway so I just go with what gear fits best in my setup for the center channel. If I had the right theater room Id just go with 3 polk s60's across the front and be done with it. For most people I would easily recommend this product as most of my friends systems arent as juiced and it will more then handle an average or even above average set up.

Went in to purchase the klipch came out with the Polk center channel. I am so impressed with the sound it delivers, crisp clean deep bass. I wasn’t expecting bass when I bought this speaker. I have it paired with Jamo tower speakers and a Sony 7.1 surround amp. Jamo’s are nothing to be trifled with they produce serious sound for audio nerds. Thank you Polk audio.

If your looking for a good sounding center speaker that will fit below your non-mounted TV this is it! Let's face it, mounting a TV is not ideal but neither is finding a center speaker to fit the space . The S35 fits nicely in front of my Sony 900h TV on a stand. Does NOT block the TV view by any means. Sound is clear and midy. Adds warmth and clarity to dialog/vocals and for 3" drivers these actually pack some punch! Handles low mids and upper bass very well, not earthshaking or spectacular but its clear with out distortion or port noise! S35 could benefit from more presence in the mix but that is my real only gripe. Pairs nicely with Sonys SSCS3 as they fill each other's holes/flaws in the mix. I had to drop the gain in the S35 by -2 to balance sound with the Sony towers. If you have the space for a larger center by all means look for a 5"+ center with out compromises. But if your setup requires a smaller center your not going to find a better center out there.

I am very happy with this center channel speaker. I was able to catch it on sale for almost half the price! The sound is fanominal and added so much to my new upgraded Denon AVR X4700H 11.2.4 sound system. I am very impressed with the clear highs, fullness and deep bass. Very nice speaker, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great sounding center or also for F/L F/R speakers.

for anyone that needs a low profile center speaker, if you want to put a center speaker on the same counter or stand as your tv, this is probably the only non-low end center speaker that is available. its like 4.1 inches high and is as good as it gets for something like a samsung suhd tv thats around 4 inches high. i think it sounds great and if you paired it with smaller left right speakers, this would really stand out, but even with larger LR speakers, i think this does a very good job.

Did i mention... WOW! Not only do this speaker sound amazing, it looks amazing! Take the grill off the front and you have a killer looking speaker that sounds incredible!

This is a great speaker The simple fact that I needed a slim center channel to sit on my tv stand in front of my tv, while allowing enough space that would allow the remote sensor to still work. Normally I would have mounted my old speaker above the tv on a shelf but my current apartment doesn't allow it. So this was my option. The sound from this is clear and loud. The only reason why I don't give this 5 stars is Bc the power rating is low and it doesn't sound very full. The sensitivity level helps a lot for the low power rating. However, comparing to my older more powerful center channel it just doesn't sound as full. However, I have really strong towers so they help re balance it.

This Polk Audio center speaker is really 7 speakers in one. It has good sound and gives clear speaking voices. It may be a bit loud in my system. (I have two standing stereo speakers that play the music in the background. They sound a bit soft in comparison to the dialogue I here coming from this Polk center speaker. I'm hoping to adjust this through my Yamaha receiver.) I like that the speaker is only 4.1 inches tall. It fits nicely in front of my TV screen.

I have always loved Paradigm speakers and still have a set for my pole barn, but when we built our new house I wanted something classy looking on a budget. Our local audio store that I used to buy all my Paradigm stuff from got driven out by the big box stores... Cough... Cough... (Best Buy)... Cough... Cough, so I had to make a change. I went in to look at the more expensive Bose products, but the Signature Polks caught my eye. After sampling the speakers pulled the trigger on S60 towers, S35 center, and S15 rear speakers. I am still thoroughly impressed every time I crank up music or a movie. What a nice balanced sound! I have eliminated a blocky sub next to the couch cause the S60s have very good bass without one! Highly recommend these speakers! Best bang for your buck!

Was looking for speaker that was thinner to fit between tv and shelve and this was only one that for. It is great sound. Highly recommend

If your in the market for a great quality center channel speaker look no further this beast is the best i have ever used and I have tested A LOT of them. Great crisp sound. Easly pushed thru any receiver. Good looking speaker and easy to remove magnetic cover. Highly recommend

It is in one of the most noticed places in the home and I wanted it to look sharp. It does and sounds even better
