I've tried Turtle Beach and the Xbox headphones. The quality of these headphones and ear cups are extremely comfortable vs etc. The mic lets you hear your voice so you don't have to scream, and they are clear when you speak. It also has its own connection to turn game and chat volume up or down and its own Bass Boost for the Xbox one. Comes with two other connections for PC or cellphone in a teal blue color I really like.

this headset have premium build. Made with metal joints that will give you great durability. The downside to this is that it might feel a little on the heavy side, not a problem for me. Microphone quality is great, one of the best out there. They come with every single cable you could ever need and it's Xbox 1 adapter. Sound of the cans are good. If you consider an audiophile person, the sound can be OK with improvement needed. I highly recommend this headset.

PROS: The sound quality is really good. I like the different extensions it comes with, so you can plug into your MP3 or phone. The padding all the way around is really comfortable for hours at a time, does not hurt ears at all. The boom mic is really flexible and durable. The headband is not fragile at all, it is made out of metal (versus other sets that are plastic, which break really easily). One of the best headsets my fiance' and I have purchased over the years out of a good 20 or so. CON: Only downside may be clarity through the mic, but nothing I am worried about personally.

I had my eyes set on this headset since they were introduced at CES 2015. When I found out it was released I had to get a pair. I had the xbox one stereo headset for the longest time, but found them to break down over time. I've had this headset for a few months now and i have had no issues, they are built extremely well. The sound balance is great. The lows are deep, but not overpowering, and the mid's and high's are crisp and clear. I've had a hard time with headset mic's in the past of being too quiet, but with this headset everyone hears my voice as if I was talking to them in the same room. I'm not an extremely hardcore game but these perform great for the shooters I play on xbox one. If you're on the ropes on purchasing a pair, I highly recommend these as a great buy.

Overall the headset is a great buy. Sound is really good, can hear lows mids and high very clear. I like the options on the controller adapter which gives you the preference of hearing in-game sound vs chat, and then has a master volume overall. Fits comfortable and can wear it for long hours of gaming. I have not asked how other ppl hear me but have not heard any complaints. Mic is at perfect distance from mouth. Not to far or close and it's flexible. Besides gaming, just unhook the mic and they are pretty awesome headphones for your phone, ipod, tablet, computer.

This headset works very well as an entry level headset. Polk has long been in the audio business and it shows with this product. The product is lightweight, the game audio is very good, and the mike has good sound quality. I found the ear cups to be a little small but the headset has a good look to it.

Great headset, only problems is the mixer is difficult to plug in on the new Xbox one controllers that have a headphone jack. Also mixer does not connect all the time and controller needs to be turned off and then back on. Sound quality and comfort are both A+ for the price.

These are more comfortable than any Turtle Beach headset I have ever owned. Sound for gaming is great, hooking them up to my phone to listen to music, the sound is a little quiet, but I didn't buy them for that. The mic is pretty solid. When using these, just make sure you set your sound/mic volumes for playing

These headphones sound great and the mic is killer too. My issue is the ear pads they heat up after not much use and make my ears extremely sweaty

Affordable, great sound, well built, and most importantly Comfortable. I have owned many head sets and since I wear glasses all others become uncomfortable quickly, these give hours of gaming pleasure pain free.

I would buy these before turtle beach, they are much stronger than turtle beach. sound is also better. I have owned 3 different turtle beaches and a pair of Astros a50. I like the Astros they are built tough. also the polk headset wont cost you a arm and a leg in batteries. they don't need them.

Its a great headset for gaming. Good quality sound and microphone. It also really comfortable. It comes with an detectable boom microphone that works really well unlike the original polk headset for x1.

Purchased couple of different headsets for my XBOX ONE & happiest with this one. Much more comfortable on your head. Sound is great! Would highly recommend

The sound is great, can hear footsteps coming which helps a lot in Halo 5 and Star Wars Battlefront. Very comfortable to wear.

I bought these for my Xbox One and they work great. They are comfortable and the sound quality is super.

Sound great, mute feature is cool, and metal construction is a positive, too. Good at isolating external noise. Only issue is sometimes the sound drops out completely without warning, but not often enough for me to take them back-prolly a software bug.

I really like this headset. It fits well and really blocks all outside sound for perfect gaming.

All that truly needs to be said here is Polk Audio PERIOD! Once I saw that Polk Audio made a gaming headset designed exclusively for the Xbox One my search was over! The Polk Striker ProZX is simply one BADASS headset! The sound, controls & mic are all top notch, plus the look/color/design of the headset are extremely comfortable & just look cool! There isn't a bad thing I can say about this headset & at $89.99 the price is reasonable for the Polk Audio brand. I would put these up against any of the more expensive ($100-$300) headsets out there on the market. I'm sure if you wanted to spend hundreds of dollars on a gaming headset, which I think are WAY overpriced you might possibly find something better. However, for my money the Polk Audio name lives up to their reputation & wins out straight away against all others in my minds eye! With that, Polk Audio keep up the great work!!!

I'm a Polk fan. HT speakers, all Polk. Car speakers, sub and amp, all Polk. I was excited for a Polk gaming headset as well. These look nice, fit comfortably snug, and aren't too big. They sound pretty good, but I wouldn't say they are amazing. I think my Sony MDR1's sound better, but I can't use them for voice. But, overall I was pretty happy to start with, until I started to notice that when I bump the cord connected to the supplied adapter on my controller I would hear a painfully loud scratch/screech! As long as I keep the cable clear it's fine, but that's virtually impossible to do ALWAYS since the controller is held generally in/near my lap. I'm going to try a different adapter from my Microsoft headset, and if that solves it then great, if not I will be returning these bad boys. Come on Polk, you can do better :(
