Great sound, but that's about it.

Build feels flimsy and ear cups are shallow. Headset lasted a week for me then stopped working. Returned them to Best Buy for a refund and spent some extra money for a nicer headset of a different brand.

Snapped in half after 62 days ;(

Based on what Best Buy or Polk Audio does or does not do...I will edit this review. For now, I am unhappy and cant reccommend any of my gamer friends buy this thing as it barely lasted 2 months.

Broke WAY too quickly

The headset itself still works; however, the receiver that connects to the Xbox One controller is completely unresponsive... after maybe a month of periodic use. We won't be buying this brand again.
