Snapped in half after 62 days ;(

Based on what Best Buy or Polk Audio does or does not do...I will edit this review. For now, I am unhappy and cant reccommend any of my gamer friends buy this thing as it barely lasted 2 months.

Broke WAY too quickly

The headset itself still works; however, the receiver that connects to the Xbox One controller is completely unresponsive... after maybe a month of periodic use. We won't be buying this brand again.

But twice? And it looked perfect... We have the protection plan (very good) and this time after talk to someone at the store that told Me there's lots of people returning it for the same reason we deceide to get another brand...
