This is the 3rd set of these headphones. I recommend the protection plan. Sound good when they're not shorting out.

That was the second one I bought...1 time My son was complaining that he coudnt hear people and I thought it could be him that somehow broke it... But twice? And it looked perfect... We have the protection plan (very good) and this time after talk to someone at the store that told Me there's lots of people returning it for the same reason we deceide to get another brand...

Polk makes an amazing and reliable headset. Great for the price.

I bought this product for my son within the week of purchase the item was broken. One of the earpieces...its seemed sturdy but not enough for a teenager.

This is a Solid choice for Wireless Gaming Headset.

Works well but not what I needed, but eventually we found what he wanted for his birthday!! Made my grandson very happy!!

Works great with nice sound. However the headphone adapter that plugs into the controller is already cracking.

It makes kids voices sound like they are coming from my head when they call me a nub.

I returned them and bought a pait of after glow for 40 more so much better

The claim on the box that this is an audiophile quality set is patently false. I actually traded this set in for the HyperX Cloud Core. Not worth your time or money for the Polk set.

Bought 2 sets for kids for their birthdays. Had to return one set after a day. Mike stopped working along with one side of headset. These weren't cheap either

This is my second pair and I would not recommend. The connecting wires are easily damaged and will make the headset inoperable even though I unjack the cord from the controller by correctly (not by tugging on the wire). It could easily be fixed if you could disconnect the cords and replace it. I ended up purchasing a turtle beach which works out great.

This headset is not worth the money I spent on it. Returned them the next day.

This is our second pair of these headphones. We gave them a second chance and these ones stopped working as well. Tried to exchange them for a different brand and now we're told we have to go through the manufacturer. Very disappointed.

Seems to be holding up well, sound quality is good. I know there are better headsets out there but for $$$. I am pleased with my purchase, its nice to have an affordable option.
