Very easy to connect, and excellent battery life and sound quality.

This is my second Voyager Legend, the other I had for years. It was time to get a new one. I love this earpiece. Hard to find one that announces the call coming in & you are able to just say answer or ignore. I find it comfortable to wear too. In fact sometimes I forget I have it on. Price was great & shipping was fast too.

Plantronics got bought out. This is my 3rd Voyager bluetooth headset. I used to just plug my unit to charge it. With this one, the charger cord is so short, the magnet charger does not keep the connection. So I have to use a rubber band to hold the charger to the contacts. Idiotic move by Pol. I guess you have never heard, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Bring back the old plug in charger. It is going back. Btw...I refuse to clean the contacts (like was suggested) on a brand new headset. Leave it to a new company to screw up a perfectly good headset!

Bought this in 2022/2023, lasted 1 whole year through my line of work. Heat, cold, rain submerged in water, mud and abuse. Constantly worn throughout my whole day only took off to sleep and charge overnight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've always loved the Plantronics headsets for phone calls , but this one is disappointing. Connection to phone is never stable. Disconnects for now reason.

Worked okay, until it didn't. First the noise-canceling feature stopped working. Then the microphone began garbling my voice. The part that hooks over your ear is too fat and hard to stay on. The charger is wonky too.

Not very easy to setup nor easy to use. Also not the most comfortable…

It works very well. Any problem after a long time. Great product.

Sounds awful, feels awful, and people tell me my mic is horrible

I bought this because I was looking for a replacement of a current Plantronics earpiece I have that isn't holding the charge like it used to. I did extensive reading and noticed that it got geat reviews like "this is the one", etc. I compared this item to my current, older earpiece and this, by far, sounds great. It sounds dinky and not as clear and as loud as my older earpiece. Both, of course, by the same manufacturer. I would buy the earpiece I currently have 100 times over this one but it's no longer available as new. I have the PLT-M165.

Works great. Easy to use and you might even forget you have it on. Fits perfectly in my ear.

I've purchased so many of these over the years because I used them so often I usually end up damaging them but the quality on these things are great!

Needs to fit into the ear better and have higher volume

The footage distance seems to be shorter than my last one, don’t always pickup the calls when it rings . It doesn’t tell you who the incoming caller is.

This was bought for my wife as she works from home and she needed a good headset that wasn't bulky or uncomfortable on her ears.
