My boys love this game. They're turning 6 & the game has 2 game difficulty option & I selected the casual lite gameplay. This makes road trips better for me. Be sure to manually adjust the brightness during night & day & make them take breaks to not stress their eyes. Btw we bought them the new large 2DS to avoid the possible 3d issue it disclaims for kids under 6 yrs of age.

This is one of the top games on any system. It brings loads of fun and tones of excitement as you go through many levels of side scrolling joy. It is better than super Mario bros 2 and much cooler than Kirby. Hold on tight though, the switch is bringing a Yoshi game coming soon, but this one is perfection. Best game on 3ds or the new 2ds. Best on 2ds.

Great game lots of fun would highly recommend nice graphics

I missed out on the Wii U version, so I grabbed the 3DS release. Graphics are even better than Yoshi's New Island, which was a very solid game, making this my favorite game on the 3DS. The gameplay puts a smile on your face from start to finish. Levels are well designed. Movement is very fluid. And there's also a ton of collectibles in each stage. Amiibo support too!

Super fun and relaxing Yoshi throwback. The relaxing part does go out the door a bit if you are determined to gather the 60 collectibles from each level to unlock all the Yoshi patterns, though. The collectibles are definitely enough to keep you playing the game for many hours, or you can just coast through the levels and enjoy the adorable experience.

Got this game for my preschool granddaughter and she loved it! It’s an awesome little game In the Mario family that especially for younger kids is extremely enjoyable and full of fun. I’d highly recommend it and it was at a great price point. Thank you Best Buy!

I bought this game for my wife, who's a new gamer and is finding out what kind of games are her style. It's a easy game to pick up and play, and has varying levels of difficulty depending on whether you just want to pass the levels and move on or try and get each levels collectibles. It's a fun easy game .

Me and my grandsons were excited when I ordered this game and couldn't wait to get it and play it! Needless to say as soon as I received the game we played it and it didn't disappoint us at all! We loved yoshi before and this game has made us love him more!! It's a great game! Buy it--you'll love it!

I was on the fence with this purchase as I have the same game on the WiiU. This game is so much easier for kids to play and enjoy. In my opinion, the WiiU version gets too difficult for younger ones at times. Definitely recommend adding this title to your 3DS library for both adults and kids!!!

If you played the previous Yoshi's game then you'll feel right at home. Everything is made of yarn and adds a layer of depth to the gameplay. Yarn can be used to sew platforms and silencing bow wows. Bundles of yarn can be collected at each stage to sew together a different colored Yoshi.
