Waste of time

I brought it into the store to exchange for the correct one but the employee gave me a hard time so I ended up returning. What a hassle.

Great gift

Not as good as I expected

It was frustrating to pull my phone out of my pocket and see this thing skewed to the side. With that happening almost right away I never had confidence using it like I use most other Pop Sockets. I removed it and tossed it out within 2 months of using it. It may work for you, but it definitely didn’t for me or my wife.

Pop Socket

So I returned this to Best Buy.

Don't waste your money

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Double-Sided tape it comes with does not work very well on the phone, so when you try to remove the wallet, the magnet won't stay stick to the phone and the tape will loose its adherence. It is very hard to get your documents out of the wallet too.

Posted .Thank you for your review, Richard! We are sorry that your PopWallet does not stick to your iPhone case, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case.
Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product.
Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse.
Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely.
Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold. If the above does not apply then that should not happen and the base might be defective. Please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com for a coupon code for a free new sticky base. We'll be happy to assist.
