First off let me say that I have not played Portal 1. When I heard of Portal 2 I had no idea what in the world it was. But I looked it up and I got interested in it. Because all I usually play is Cod. So I picked this game up and oh my gosh I am so glad I did. They give you a lot of test chambers to go through and they spice things up a bit so it doesn't get boring of just going through test after test. And the tests get difficult but not difficult enough that you want to quit. It can get frustrating when you spend a while on one chamber, but once you beat that level you get a great feeling of accomplishment, so don't give up. The humor in this game is hilarious. I've found myself standing around listening to the next sentence that my friend ( Wheatly ) will say. The story line is great and entertaining. I understood it very clearly even since I haven't played the first Portal. The dialogue of the characters is the best I've heard in a long time. Valve did a very good job on that. And to add onto that they have added Co-op mode. Which means you have 4 portals to work with instead of just 2. That means it doubles the fun! If you don't a communication device that's okay. Because Portal 2 gives you designators you can put on screen where you want and it shows the other player where you want a portal placed, cube set, light bridge placed, etc. In co-op they add another 45 test chambers! And the great part is is that once I beat Portal 2 I went to play my other games for a while then I came back to Portal 2 and I forgot the test chambers so I had fun with the game all over again! I love this game. Definitely one to look into!

This is a great game to play. Funny, entertaining, challenging...Overall, just a great game.

Game play is great. Really makes you think... usually out of the box. The story is fantastic!!! My favorite part of the game is waiting to hear what they are going to say. I found myself laughing at the jokes and sarcasm throughout the entire game. Hands down... one of my favorites!!!

Portal 2 expands upon its predecessor in almost every way. Not only is there a great multiplayer but the story, sound design, and mechanics have been greatly improved since the original. 5/5 for this game

I had very high expectations for this after the first one was so good, but it held up to them easily. The story was good, the gameplay is very fun and unique, and some of the puzzles this time around are extremely challenging. Lots of fun definitely worth a buy, and I haven't even played multiplayer yet. Really excited about that!

This game was awesome, and I enjoyed it a lot. I'd get so frustrated when trying to figure something out but once I'd get it, it would make me laugh because it was so simple all along. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 for 'Fun' was for the fact that it was too short in my opinion, and since they bumped the price down to $40 in stores a week after I bought it for $60. Also, towards the end it just got kind of boring at times but all in all Portal 2 is a pretty fun game.

I mean seriously, I bought this and was amazed by the gameplay and plus you get the free steam pc version!!!! :D

What could be better but to buy the PS3 version and also get the downloadable PC version for free on STEAM as confirmed by Valve the company that makes this game and also owns STEAM. Also the PS3 is the only console that has crossplatform co-op play with the PC for this game. Valve really came through on this game. Valve understands gamers and always gives them more bang for their buck.

Portal 2 is one of the best games ever made. The puzzles are great, the dialogue is hilarious, and the gameplay truly stands out from anything else available. The PS3 version is especially good since you get a free version of the game on Steam. You shouldn't even hesitate to buy this game.

Portal 2 is so good I should be able to give it 10 stars. The game is amazing visually and the mechanics are revolutionary. The game has a great storyline that will have you laughing the whole time. Portal 2 in my opinion is the best game has ever produced by Valve. The puzzles become increasingly difficult but they are all solvable. When I got the game I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed this awesome game and would definitely recommend it. I have never played portal 1, picked up portal 2 on a recommendation from a friend and now i am going to have to pick up portal 1 on steam. This game is really good. GLaDOS is the best villan ever. And there is cake in this one! ;) This game makes you think. Just dont play with a friend that has already beaten it. They will just tell you what to do and it takes the fun out of it.

If you are a fan of puzzles and enjoy a little humor sprinkled around this is the game for you. It takes a bit of getting used to but once you start you will have a very hard time putting it down. So glad they came out with Portal 2 after the original on The Orange Box. Have not tried coop yet!

Portal 2 is not only one of the best puzzle games i've played, but one of the best games i've played period. There is nothing else like it. I would recommend playing the first one before jumping into the second, it helps with the story and some of the jokes.
