I was on hold for two hours speaking to four different people. I would highly advise people to use a different system you don't want to deal with Square support like I have.

Only worked 7 months

The iPad can no longer connect to the device without getting an error or it keeps spinning waiting to connect. I've tried another iPad and got the same result. I can't recommend this item. Just use the hand held square reader to save yourself from this frustration.

Worked for a 18 months then stopped

It would be completely connected but none of the readers work, making me have to enter every card manually, which of course, costs you the most for “card not present” fees. The warranty was only for a year and after going back and forth with customer service for a while through a chat, they offered no solution and said there was nothing they could do since it was bo longer in warranty. What am i supposed to do with a stand that no longer takes payments.
