Excellent thriller for movie enthusiasts! Cheap price too

Always had a soft spot for this film and the character actors in it, but only had a poor quality SD version. Love this Blu-ray version.

As usual, the original movie brings back great memories and that just makes the movie that much better. Seeing the old stars at their best is even better now.

This film was the highest grossing film of the year, with a great cast and best FX of the time. A better movie than the remake. Now at a great price !!!

The Poseidon Adventure [Blu-ray] [1972] One of my favorite movies - found it in the Best Buy bin for like $4 I think....happy to have it on DVD/Blu Ray.

Always loved this movie. It's a classic. Nice that Best Buy had and easy to obtain. Great movie. Based on true story, that most people don't know.

For me, this is the best of the 70's disaster movies. Good characters are drawn well in the script. So much better then the remakes that were done.

I loved the original Poseidon Adventure. This version is good, but as they say, there is nothing like the original. I guess I anticipated just a remake. This version changed the story line to show more of what is going on in the world. Still a good movie.

This is the kind of movie they don't make anymore. Special effects without CGI. It's the kind of movie you can watch again and again and still enjoy.

One of my Favorite Films. Has a Amazing cast and on Blu-ray it even more spectacular. Highly Recommend To All Film Buffs.

Avoid the remake, check this one out. Great performances from an ensemble cast that includes Gene Hackman, Shelly Winters, Roddy MacDowell, Red Buttons, Leslie Nielsen and Ernest Borgnine. Fun disaster film.

I love this movie. I have watched it several times over the years and it still holds up today. Much better than the remake in my opinion.

I own over 2300 movies on Blu-Ray and DVD. I only add great movies to my library...and this is a great movie!

It is a classic movie and it should never of been remade. Gene Hackman and all the supporting actors were outstanding in it.

A classic disaster movie. Considering when it was made the effects have held up well. Movie hasn't aged at all. This one is so much better than the remake.

Gene hackman doing some of his finest work. But ill spoil it now. Its based on a true story. That and the boat ends upside down
