Only downside is if u need to get the usb-c adapter out it ia a little difficult. Thats y im giving it 4 stars instead of 5

I wish there were more customizable light options considering the capability is there and it’s only software holding it back. Second is that when playing for extended periods you have to take out the usbc adapter from the Portal to charge it and it’s very difficult to get out and super easy to lose. Wish it had come with an attachment to charge handheld while leaving their adapter in.

The order was scheduled, and then the driver cancelled. Instead of reordering for me, Best Buy made me cancel the order, issued a refund and asked to place the order again. Guess what, the same driver took the order and cancelled delivery again. I contacted Best Buy and they told me to place an order the third time. I lost my gift card and my gift certificate in the order. They never send me a replacement certificate. It was one of the most frustrating experiences ordering stuff online.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cool idea, but it makes the USB port unusable when being used as a PORTABLE because of the usb-c adapter needed for charging. Will not fit with a spigen "ultra thin" case, cannot believe this is Sony Licensed if i am being honest. If they had made the rubber gromet in the base of the stand removable, it would be useable, but you'd have to destroy it to get it to work. The adapter being needed for charging also made that idea a no-go. Look elsewhere.
