Didn't even have it a month and it stopped working

Poor quality never liked it how it mounts my two controllers always tipping over

Worked once , has not worked since.Have not returned because i cant find the receipt.

Very hard to get the controllers to sit in it properly. Oddly shaped and just cheap.

I only wanted a charging dock for one controller, but I couldn't find any, so this is what I went with. I don't normally go with third party brands, especially where charging accessories are concerned, but considering that this is Sony certified, I figured it was a good alternative to their dock. I wish this was Type-C, like other charging stations I looked at, but I love that the AC power cord is detachable from the unit. That's great for storage if, for example, you're moving or need to put away all your electronics for a while. Major plus there, but minor minus for not having Type-C power. It's just a standard cylindrical plug in the bottom of the unit. The other thing I found kind of iffy is the stability. You need to be gentle putting your controller into this cradle. And it absolutely has to be on a flat surface like a desk or an entertainment center table. Otherwise, your controllers will likely fall off. But this is entirely situational, so I'm not too upset about it. My setup can accommodate it just fine. Lastly, there are no indicators on this charging station to show whether the controllers are charged. Not a big issue if you only have one controller like I do, but it can get annoying if you have two. You can't really position it someplace where you can see the lights on both controllers. This is only a minor complaint, but combined with everything else, I've decided it deserves four stars instead of five. More stability and perhaps charging indicators on the sides would earn this dock 5 stars from me.

Design was the main reason I went for this charger, I mean so far its the coolest looking imo. As far as charging goes, it takes about 2hrs 30 min to fully charge if you dock it the moment you are notified that the battery is low. Ther are no light indicators on the dock itself (which I dont mind), you just go by the yellow/amber pulsating light on your dualsense till it goes off on fully charged state. The only dowside is that when you try to set it on its cradle it can sometimes be a flimsy experience to set in its slot. But that design with the PS symbol makes all the difference compared to the other docks out there.

Unlike some chargers , this on doesnt charge the entire time on the charger . On the charger it will charge when battery when low . When battery on controller is completely charged , the charger will stop charging . This prevents over charging battery and destroying it .

I have had this charger for about 3 years now. Does exactly what I want it to do. Charge my PS5 controllers. My only minor complaint is, you just set the controllers into place, they don't "click in". It can sometimes be difficult to get your controller set just right to start changing.

Worth the money don’t need to charge with the wires they give you just put controller and it will charge
