    As we all know Nintendo has a problem with the joy cons nonmatter how gentle you are so I decided to buy this for my son son who is a bit in the rough side almost month in and no pesky drift seems.more sturdier than the joy con to me and for the price no brainer will recommend

    For the price, this is a good controller. Solid construction. It is missing some big features like rumble, nfc, and gyro but at this cost you can't really expect it to have stuff like that. I use this on my PC as well (using steam controller to remap the a/b buttons) and it works well there.

    These power A controllers are a good alternative to Nintendo's license controllers. It is missing motion control and rumble. Yet, it is still a great controller to use. The buttons feel good to press and it being wired make it easier not to worry about battery life.

    I was able to purchase this on black Friday for about $17, after taxes. For that price, it is definitely worth the purchase if you're looking for an inexpensive option (vs. the wireless controllers). My reason for a four-star rating is because it is very lightweight and slightly small in my hands (man hands....what are you gonna do?).

    This thing is a good controller for a good price. My only complaint is when playing Mario Kart when you shake it doesn’t respond the way the wireless one does. I guess that makes sense but it cost me in a race with my son and I hate losing to my son. So because I’m petty I deducted one star.

    I prefer a tradition controller but didn't want to pay the wireless price. Just plugged it in and it worked perfect. Just wish the cord was an extra 5ft longer. You have to pay attention not to yank on the controller and pull the Switch crashing to the floor!

    We've tried several different wireless controllers but none of them seem to last very long (eventually they all experience connectivity issues). The wired controllers are great and keep on working without any connectivity issues.
