This game is one of the best games of all time. It is a great sequel to Bioshock, which is the ultimate best game. I feel that this story line has strayed from the pureness and underground feel that the original Bioshock had. Its a great game, not as good as the first but still decent.

If you enjoyed the first one this is a great sequel. Graphics are great, gameplay is good, storyline fits in. My biggest complaints is the multi-player and re playability. Multi-player is a chaotic blast-fest. Playing on higher difficulty and changing how you deal with little sisters, offers a more challenging play through but is really the same game. Its worth the money and is a great sequel. Maybe top 10, but not top 5.

Great game.... buy new or used. You will enjoy the game. Right on par with the first game, it might even be better. You know what buy both then compare for yourself. Great games both of them.

Totally worth the $60 something i spent on it. Great game, just love how both Bioshocks play and the story. I would say that the second is better than the first but some people have their own opinions. Overall great game hope you like it as i have.

i like this game and i have fun playing it but they could've added more and different plasmids. plus the online, which is really fun, would have been a lot better in the first one and its kinda random in this one overall i really like this game

First, if you have not played the Bioshock series, I HIGHLY recommend Bioshock 1 and certainly Bioshock 2. The expansion of Bioshock 2 into a completely different story with familiar abilities is both engaging and incredibly fun. After the first Bioshock, I missed the world of Rapture, and immersing back into the environment is just as fun as experiencing it for the first time. There is a nervousness you feel throughout the game- a classing feeling I have always got from franchises like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Having been reserved about playing the first Bioshock, I was happily surprised by the sheer depth of the enviornment, especially visually. Dynamic lighting and shadows throughout the game give the experience real character balanced with the entertaining storyline and wonderful fighting engine. Again, a must play!

I loved the first game right off the bad so i figured this one was gonna be a huge upgrade, and i was right it is a big upgrade from the first one and theres lots of fun things to do on it and the storyline is just amazing i love it.

This game was absolutely the greatest sequel to any game designed. It intertwined concepts,characters, and ideas from the first game in a way that makes you stop and think about things that happened from the first game. If you have not played the first one, they allow the storyline to be independant of the first one but gives the people who have played the first Bioshock a unique insight and story that blows your mind even more. I would definately reccommend this game to anyone contemplating getting it.

If you never played Bioshock 1 you will still love this game. It really draws you in and make you part of the game.

Great game if you are a fan of the Bioshock series. The graphics and Gameplay are outstanding. Story is great but the ending isn't as good as the first Bioshock. Achievements are easy and should take you anywhere from 1-2 playthroughs of single player (short campaign). Multiplayer takes about 24 - 27 hrs to max out @ rank 40. Just be aware that the Multiplayer Freezes alot and picks a new host almost every 4-5 games. The game has been out for a month and still no patch.

when you are playing in one player mode your surroundings of the walls with the art work are a little bit blurry and blocky when up close ;( I know I am picky to the very last detail, ;( sorry! the rest of the graphics are awesome!! but over all bioshock 2 is an awesome game!!! worth every penny!!! love playing as the big daddy with all the cool weapons and plasmids!! the big sister is crazy and cool looking!! Another game of the year award I am sure!!!

The game is fantastic and parts make it better than the first one. The drill is a very, very cool weapon.

Really fun and interesting game. I love how this time you are the big daddy. In the 1st bioshock you were a human. IMO its pretty much the same from the 1st bioshock in terms of graphics. Great game that shouldn't be missed by a hardcore gamer.

he loved the gift as well as the game, i even enjoyed watching him play this one, i didn't get motion sick doing so and could enjoy following the story line

For what I have seen and heard about Bioshock 2, I believe that it is going to be an excellent game like the last bioshock.
