I was looking for a horror game for the 3DS, So I thought Corpse Party would fill the void. It wasn't much of a horror game but it was gruesome and gory. The story is kinda confusing but you unlock alternative chapters as you play on. I was a bit surprised, At the end of each chapter I had to continue playing. Best experience is with headphones and also came with two cute little figures and a soundtrack

Love the story. RPG with horror elements. Not the typical RPG in the fact that you don't fight and level a character. Each chapter has a chance for multiple endings. I've really enjoyed this game. I like to have physical copies, so I was glad to get the "Back to School" edition.

The story and setup is just like watching a anime movie. The gameplay is simple but the story line and puzzles balances it out. Great game, not for kids, highly recommended.

Really love this game and definitely love the items that came with the collectors edition. Great value for your money, especially when you're a member of the Gamers club!

Corpse Party is what you get when you take an SNES Final Fantasy game and replace the RPG elements with mature, sadistic and disturbing adventure horror elements. The game contains incredibly memorable characters whose horrifying experiences will haunt you long after finishing the main story. A perfect game for adult horror fans!

As a fan of the corpse party series I had to get this even if I have the psp/vita port and the steam version it plays just as great as those and it has some extra content . If you are new to this series and want to try it know that it is a very gory game so not recommended for younger kids.

One of the few rated M games for the 3DS. Corpse Party is a Japanese horror game with great cast and scarey story. There pretty violent execution and the game forces you to make decisions that may or may not result in someone's death/survival. It's a must have!

Good story and frighteningly interesting dialogue based play.

Maybe it's written in the description and I didn't notice, but I was surprised when my game was delivered and it was a special edition with bonus stuff! It comes with two small figurines of girls from the game, with interchangeable faces and arms. Also has a CD with the game soundtrack and of course the game itself. The Instruction manual was in the package but not the game case, and I know a lot of games don't have printed instruction manuals anymore, so I wonder if the printed manual in this collector's edition is one of the bonuses as well. The box did have some damage to it, but my local postmen have been known to not handle stuff the greatest, so I'm guessing that was the case and not Best Buy. Great game and the collector's extras were an amazing surprise!

Excellent sound design and truly unsettling descriptors/depictions of characters demises help make this game one of the most fun games to play if you're in for scares. It's even better if you play with headphones.

I originally played the game on PSP but having a physical copy available for my 3DS was worth another purchase. The game has a great story and is very atmospheric with it's great use of audio (USE HEADPHONES!).

I absolutely was stoked to play this game when I heard it was releasing on the 3DS, not only that but the Figures + Soundtrack are Adorably AmAzInG~!!! Thankyou BEST BUY

Corpse party for nintendo 3ds ia a updated version of the psp version which makes it 100x better its a great game for any horror fan! And requires alot of skill

If you're looking for a good horror story, I urge you to give Corpse Party a shot. Despite its presentation being rather bare-bones and dated looking, it still manages to give off an incredibly creepy vibe. The story is great and quite disturbing.

One of my favorite PSP games of all time finally hits the 3ds! This version is now what I would consider the definitive edition. Definitely recommend!

I hope they continue to make games like this. This game is actually really creepy and haunting. A must purchase for horror and anime fans.

If you're looking for a pretty disturbing story, you should give Corpse Party a shot. It definitely shows its age, and isn't your typical horror game, but the great plot more than makes up for these shortcomings.
