I purchased Dragon Age without playing any of the previous games just to see what an RPG game looked on PS4. The story is engaging and exploring different worlds and learning about their past is interesting. There is a lot to take in and you need alot of patience to enjoy the full experience. The combat system becomes dull after a while and repetitive and I saw myself only playing for the story and not gameplay. I have put about 50 hours into the game and found myself nowhere close to finishing the story and i began to lose interest. I would recommend this game to someone who is diehard RPG fan who is willing to put in 100+ hours into a game. However, if you are a casual one as myself I would skip and wait for Witcher 3 or pick up DA on sale.

This game is gorgeous and huge! I spent 10 hours on just the very first area you start off in, Hinterlands. That involved exploring every single space I could and doing as many of the missions as I could before having to go elsewhere and then return. If you are into the huge world as in Skyrim, although the world isn't continuous as in Skyrim, then this is definitely for you. I have spent 50 hours on this game now and still haven't gotten over halfway yet.

What a large world with quite a bit to do! Some missions do get redundant but the game is so pretty. This game isn't for everyone but If you love rpgs and enjoy the series, i do recommend that you give this game a try

this is a very exciting game to play, i enjoy the story mode and that you can switch char. anytime during game play. awsome play

I enjoyed the original Dragon Age game and looked forward to this one. Although the graphics are much updated, the mechanics seemed impressive and the depth was much improved, the game suffered from a number of fatal flaws. I experienced constant frame rate drops, game freezes and crashes. I continuously tried uninstalling the game/saved game files and reinstalling/updating the game again. Nothing worked on my brand new PS4. Eventually I gave up after continuous crashes in one part of the map, traded it in and got Shadows of Mordor. Pretty disappointing since the game looked awesome.

Fun to play for many hours with a great story. Definitely by this game

This was a fun game but it has a really annoying Facebook game type component where you have to wait in real time for "missions" to be completed. Otherwise, story and graphics are great.

A a surprisingly huge, dense world, and I soon realized there were still entire sandboxes I’m still discovering. Despite its less than compelling plot, I still want to go back to explore and fight through every nook and cranny of Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Like all open world games, Dragon Age: Inquisition has an immense amount of side quests in each of its subsections of the map. The problem with some of these side quests is the amount of repetition that they contain. Many are in the form of "Complete x y times". After a while, it becomes tedious. This wouldn't be a problem if they were optional. To progress in the main story, a certain amount of these side quests must be completed. Even with this tedium, the game is fantastic.

Graphics and frame rate improvements make this the copy to get. But if you have already played it on last gen consoles then no need buy it again.

Dragon age is a pretty good game, would be much better if the games connected much better instead of always playing as someone new.

Dragon Age:Inquisition was a game I was planning to play anyway but got a late start on after its initial release, so I ended up purchasing a pre-owned copy to save a little money. I can’t complain after having played through the whole game with no issues from it having been pre-owned. Played like new. Left a little to be desired (from a “perfect game” standpoint), but overall was still a pretty cool adventure.

Great game from start to finish. graphics are crisp but the story is a little lacking

Now this game is fun to play for me. I like the team tactic battle system and how you can control your group as well.

I'm so glad I got this game. I had it on my wish list with a stack of other games. On vacation, I took my PS4 and forgot all of my games. I swung in to BestBuy and picked this up. What a blast! Love it!

My favorite game so far exploring is so much fun but get stuck occasionally and need walkthrough
