Game is awesome, custom characters plus masters teaching you their own moves, it's very customizable and cool. Story mode and replayable team up missions make the game from getting stale, if you like DBZ you'll love this game

My son loves this game and how it links to dbz universe. You get to help Goku with all his legendary battles throughout history. It's fun to learn new moves and train with your fellow Z-warriors.

A dragon ball action rpg with alternative stories was the perfect way to refresh a series that has had way to many games. In the end though the game turns into a terrible grind. Fights can last a long time and most the time you are just constantly mashing the punch button followed by dashing forward to catch the enemy. This followed with almost all the characters fighting so similar and all stages looking similar makes the game really boring. So boring that i seriously feel asleep a few times playing it. It's to bad too because i had high hopes for this.

Pros: Really entertaining to play with friends Went over the majority of the Sagas Multiple Races Multiple Skills Good amount of characters Cons: I didn't like that the transformation and charge up ability had to take up a skill slot, I feel as if it should of been a passive ability. I also feel you should of been able to cycle or choose any of the Saiyan levels, not just one while in combat. I also feel that you should of been able to use a fusion ability, and become like vegito without having to choose the vegito character to play as.

Dragon Ball XenoVerse takes most of what I like about the anime and role-playing games and combines them into a single, great-looking package. It’s strange, then, that it mostly neglects the single most important thing that makes Dragon Ball Z great: the fighting. I had fun building a hero all my own, but her journey through the DBZ lore is deflated by one-sided fights and combat that boils down to what feels like glorified button-mashing. I was ultimately left wanting more than the shallow, frustrating, and repetitive combat.

This game is great! Has a lot of character upgrades, good story line, and the multiplayer is phenomenal!! The skill setting in the game is awesome as well. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome story line and being able to replay all the famous fights in the anime series. Love that you can create your own character and get trained by best.

I have been a Dragon Ball Z Fan since I was a kid when the episodes started to air in the US in1996. This is a great fighting video game in general. But if you are a Dragon Ball Z fan then you want this game!

for long time fans of the series and for people that are willing to put a lot of time into the game, this is a very good game.

DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi series are forever my favorites. Xenoverse, however, is right up there along with them. Excellent Dragonball Z game for the next gen consoles.

I picked this game up because I'm a big DBZ fan and I was hoping it would expand on the fun and game play of Battle of Z. However this is more of an RPG fighter than Battle of Z's jump right in and play style. This game has some cool aspects to it like reliving some great DBZ moments, however the grinding and training aspects of the game are tedious and do not make for much fun. I think this game is for the most hardcore of DBZ fan because of all the grinding you must do to progress.

Best DragonBall Z up to date for Xbox One!...the graphics are smooth sometimes you can't even tell its a game your playing looks exactly like the series Deff. A must for any collector!...

As an avid fan i write this with a biased view. Graphics are nice the actual fight scenes you engage in are great. Only knock is why did they have to add that horrible GT nonsense in it.

The gameplay is really good. I don't particularly like the way you have to travel around to find the next missions you have to do, it can get a bit annoying.

Unfortunately, It's not the same controls as boduki and it doesn't have nearly as many characters. Only Saiyans get to transform, which is pretty unfair

After playing Ultimate Tenkaichi and Battle of Z, as well as avoiding Kinect, I can say this is the best DBZ game as of recently. That's not to say that there aren't other DBZ games better than it, since that's not true. DBZ Budokai 3 and the Raging Blast games are certainly better. The gameplay takes a lot getting used to in this game, and there is a bit of grinding involved but once you do good it's a decently fun game. Also the character creator is pretty nice.

I bought this game for my teenage sons. They say it's a great game. This game did keep them busy and entertained while we were snowed in for two days.

Warning this game is very addictive once i started it i can't put it down even over destiny.

This Dragon Ball Z game is exactly what I expected it to be. The developers really stepped there game up compared to the last game I got from them.

I got this for my son because he has been asking for it. And he was not disappointed. He said it was even better than he thought it would be.
