My first experience with the god of war franchise. Stunning game with super fun gameplay. Bosses are towering gods of greek mythology, and it is very satisfying watching your character take them on. Very gory with a great story and presentation. I will be buying newer god of war after completion of this one. Go buy if you are late to the party like me lol

Looks great, amazing gameplay and graphics. A good way to get into the God of War experience and universe. Non-stop fun and excitement, will keep you playing for hours. Would recommend to any PlayStation owner. A timeless classic and best of a generation, fantastically remastered.

I played the original game on PS3, it was a great game 5 years ago. After the release of this remaster version, I was a little bit struggling if I should buy it again, since no bonus was included, the only difference was everything was run in 60Hz( old one was 30Hz). Now the price is $19.99, I think it worth is even i have already played the whole game.

If you have a Playstation and don't have this game, you're doing it wrong. The God of War franchise is hands down my favorite game series ever, period. The story, music, and graphics are all amazing. The controls and game mechanics are top notch. I already had it for the PS3 and re-purchased it for the PS3 cause it's that darn good! 100% MUST OWN!

I loved that the game was remastered for PS4 since I never owned a PS3 to play it during it's original release. The game is fun and has some nice updated elements over God of War I and II, especially the graphics. However, I found the game play a bit repetitive and dull at times. There was great potential, but it just fell a bit flat in my opinion. The story felt rushed at times and the game, in it's entirety was a little short. Overall, it's a fun game that you should definitely pick up if you are a fan of the series.

If you're reading this, it's because you're already a God Of War fan, I'd imagine. So I'm not saying anything new. This game is awesome! Personally, my favorite from the entire series. Amazing graphics, great story, awesome musical score, & all the violence gameplay to vent your mortal frustrations on!

I louve this series. GoW3 was an amazing game. Wonderful gameplay with great graphics. Incredible how it holds well until today! The 60fps makes a really big difference. Actually, the game got easier, since it`s much better to see enemies moviments. I recomend this to the hardcores fans, unless you don`t have the ps3 version!

The original version of this game is one of my favorites on the PS3. Couldn't resist having this game for my PS4. And I wasn't disappointed at all. The visuals were jaw dropping on the PS3 when it first came out. Even more so now on the PS4. And the story is awesome in so many ways. Definitely a must buy!

The game takes advantage of the PS4's hardware!!!!God of War III will run at 1080p and 60 fps. (original ran at 720p and 30 fps.) As those who played it can attest, God of War III is a pretty good game. Its up for debate if you think its good enough for a remaster. I say YES because the price was right!

God of War 3 Remastered is a great overall game. It has an interesting story with great gameplay mechanics and visuals. I certainly recommend this game especially this remastered PS4 version of the game if they didn't already play the original PS3 version.

Great game, had me entertained for a while. It's supposed to be one of the best remastered games on PS4. I also like the cover, really fits in Kratos.

Games don't get better than this. The storyline is so compelling and if you played the original you know what I'm talking about. The remaster is just icing on the cake. The fight scenes and the crazy executions you do are a masterpiece of great programming. Very graphic, very fun, worth the buy.

I'm a big fan of Sony Playstation's game exclusives, and this being one of my favorite series made it for me, a must own. The graphics were great on PS3, so for me it's tough to say whether or not they have really improved at all. I'm sure they have a tad, but not noticeably. The gameplay and story are it's big sell, and that's what I'm in it for. Worth $40?? Definitely. Worth the overall $17 that I paid (gamers unlocked and using $15 coupons)? What do you think?

Never got a chance to play the 2nd GOW, but I loved the original and after hearing how great the newest entry is, I just had to go back and play #3 remastered. Great graphics. Fun puzzles (not too tough to figure out) and the combat is easy and enjoyable.

This is by far one of my favorite games. Played through on the PS3 back in the day. The PS4 version brings all that amazing gameplay up to current visuals for modern consoles and looks just beautiful. I’ve been playing it on my Playstation 5 and am still in awe of how good this game looks and plays. The new God of War “soft reboot” from 2018 is a good game, don’t get me wrong. But the I don’t care for games that rely heavily on crafting and that’s a big part of the new GOW. To go back to a simpler time in this franchise is refreshing. Using the right analog stick for the dodge roll and not a camera does take some getting used to, but it’s a great mechanic once you’re there.
