GOW iii is a game with beautiful visual images, lots of actions, and great sound and music effects. This game is a must have.

Sony did such a great job remastering this game! I couldn't stop playing until the credits rolled. Great graphics, great action, great fun!

God of War 2018 is still my favorite PS4 exclusive, but GoW 3 Remastered perfected the original GoW format. GoW 3 is still the most brutal of the main series, and despite requiring a bit of adjustment from GoW 2018, this game still looks and plays great. If you liked GoW 2018 but if you can handle even more brutality and (refined) gameplay for the PS2 era, then check out GoW 3.

God of War III Remastered is a great improvement over the original PS3 release. Given the Full HD treatment as well as an increased frame rate, God of War III shines even brighter as one of the best looking console games to date. For those familiar with other character action games, God of War's action is a bit slower then others, and puzzles can bring down the pace to an unfortunate crawl. However the vast majority of the game is filled with some spectacular set pieces and great action with a variety of weapons and play styles. For first timers to the series or for those looking to revisit the title again, I recommend waiting for the game to go on sale before diving in. $39.99 for one remastered game is a bit much (despite the quality of it), especially when you consider GoW III was part of the God of War Saga Collection release back in 2012, which gave you 5 games in one box and is currently widely available for $19.99 on average.

This is the first God of War game I have ever played. I had an Xbox 360 last generation, so I missed out on Sony exclusive. Very interesting game, fun to play, but a bit too derivative of series like DMC. All in all, a very good remaster, especially for a newcomer like me.

The story line and graphics are great. This series is great going back to the first God of War. Worth a purchase and especially at the current price!

I will only recommend this game to people that somehow missed this game on the ps3 or dont own it for the ps3. This remastered version of the game has great visuals and the combat seems better at 60fps but that is it , there is no other enhancements or features.

Awesome game. I like that they remastered this for the PS4. I love the God of War franchise and hope in the future they continue to make them.

I had never played any God of War games so I thought I would go through them. I played the Remastered versions of I and II on PS3. They were a little hard to get through due to age but the third game in the series was a much needed update. I can not compare it to the original PS3 game but the graphics on the PS4 made the game very playable. Though it was still a little cartoonish it was a solid game and worth the money if you are into the God of War series or Greek mythology in general.

played it back on the ps3 and when it came out for the ps4 and waited for a deal to come definitely worth the game. If you played it back on the ps3 it's still worth the pick up since it looks way better.

God of War is one of my favorite franchises and the remaster is amazing and helps me pass the time waiting for the new release next year!

Fantastic game. I got it for PS5, and it runs great and looks beautiful. There is still something to be said for having a physical copy of the game as well. One of my favorite things about this game is definitely the story, which is gripping and carries the action nicely throughout the game. There are some truly epic, unforgettable battles that definitely make this one worth getting, even on the PS5.

The God of War series has never been on my top game list but the remastered version breathes new life into a an older franchise. God of War games always had great graphics and sound but this one is enough of an upgrade over the original to make it worth getting. The action is smooth and the graphics are worthy of a PS4 system looking like a more current game. The puzzles and quick-time events are still present but not cumbersome. A great game to keep you busy until the new one comes out.

God of War III Remastered on PS4 (or PS5) is a good looking game. And while this game was originally released on the PS3, and the original two on the PS2 and later remastered on PS3, I would love to see all three remastered for the PS5. Still God of War III holds up well when played on the PS4 and PS5 visually and gameplay wise. I highly recommend picking this up if you don't otherwise own it.

One of the best PS games ever, great story line action packed, looking forward to more in this series. Buy it, it won't disappoint.
