If you are a fan of 1st person perspective, open-world game play and the look of the CryEngine, this game might be for you. As you may have guessed, I am a fan of all of the above. The CryEnging looks great but I just wish the game had some woods/forest areas. The streams and water areas in Crysis 3 looked great. Anyway, this is a gritty, gorilla-warfare, post-apocalyptic game where experience and money buy better weapons, gear etc. The overall game is reminiscent of Far Cry / Dying Light as you take over occupied areas and move on. That part does get a bit repetitive but we can live with that. You will pretty much get a good butt-kicking until you can buy a scope and some grenades. Also, the enemy seems to be everywhere almost all the time. I recently had an enemy spawn right in front of me. So its a tough, grind-it-out game but still enjoyable even with a few glitches that are present but do not affect game play. If you're a fan of 1st person, open world games, I say go for it. It's not nearly as bad as most reviewers would have you believe.

This was a good game, not as great as the first game but still worth playing. There was a glitch that prevented completion of the game, hopefully it is resolved as the campaign is worth playing.

The game is flawed, though, unfortunately. First, missions are repetitive. They have you doing the same main obj throughout every district. It makes it difficult to log long hours in one sitting. Second, it comes with a lot of bugs. Every time I complete an objective, visit the armory, or enter a new district the game seems to freeze for about 10 seconds. This is minor and I'm sure will be fixed at some point but it is super annoying. Third, the graphics are not nearly as good as I hoped. At least compared to other current gen games. It has good lighting at times and visuals can be impressive, but overall somewhat disappointing

I read mixed reviews about this game.have played about 5 hours and so far really am enjoying the game.yes the acting is not the greatest but game play is fun and engaging

The title says it all. This game is so cool. With all the weapon customization on the fly, you can create hours of entertainment on just one mission. The map size is pretty big for this type of game and its not as linear of a playtype as I thought. I say go for it. You'll be happy with this purchase.

The first game although not perfect introduced a nice campaign which this one failed to do in more than a few areas. The missions feel dull and repetitive, the AI is buggy and dumb and for the most part the entire game feels unpolished and downright unnecessary. Pick it up only if you can get super cheap.

Loved the original just wish the game play matched the story

This game is ok.i just have a hard time following maps on my 50 inch tv.The maps appear very small.I have to stand in front of tv to figure out.good shooter game.

My experience at best buy buying the game was great! The game is decent. The premise and story is cool. The shooter part of the game play isn't the best ever but still a good game for what I paid.

Me and my son are hooked on this one. Great storyline and excellent graphics.
