This game is so underrated, what a fun japanese role playing game that has a great story, great visuals, and the combat system is pretty fun. It gets better as time goes by.

If you've played a Tales game before, you know what you're getting with this one. Decent story, story told mostly through comic book style dialog, a good battle system with fun animations, and packed full of stuff to pad it's play time. It's all surface level. Mostly I just mash the square button during combat as my combos are all preprogrammed. Occasionally I throw in a R2 to add some sort of demon combo move. Graphics are subpar for this generation of systems and all the added content is just filler. If you like Tales games (which I do), then you'll enjoy it. Otherwise, this isn't the JRPG to jump on the bandwagon with.

This is a great action RPG. The combat, characters, and story are all excellent. It also has 4 player local co op.

A beautiful tale of revenge. The story and characters are interesting, the battle system is fast and fluid, but the graphics are lackluster and the environments drab.

If you loved the combo mashing style of rpg, you would love the tales series. And one of the biggest things about the Tales series is that they continuously evolve. Unlike other franchises where every game changes, the Tales of continuously build upon its predecessor. This establishes loyalty. The latest game was most definitely better than Xillia 2. the mechanics ran smoother and there is a lot to be said about having a female lead.

This game has a great story and a phenomenal battle system. With about 100 hours of content this game will keep you busy for a while. Totally worth the buy.

Everything from the characters, fast paced gameplay and high amount of personality and charm this game gives off makes it really fun and addicting to keep playing till the end. My personal favorite part of every Tales Of game are the skits and this game is no exception as they are still as fun and entertaining to look at and listen to and is always a fun way learn more about each character through these conversations.

I find it hard to write a complete review. Why? Because this game is MASSIVE! It's various systems are hard to wrap your head around even for a 'Tales of' veteren which I don't claim to be. I like the new combat system the most. It's got your average revenge-while-trying-to-save-the-universe story typical of these games. It's very long and the story is nothing impressive but you get your money's worth. But when you're done don't expect to want come back to the game any time soon. They're so long that you don't even want to look at it after you finish.

I love this game, the graphics are great, the story is amazing, but sad. I've played 65 hours already and I haven't gotten bored with it yet.
