It's a thrilling jrpg in the series and with jrpg being so l8mited I definitely recommend it

I love me some RPG games but have been away from them for some time now. Now that I have a PS$ I can get back into them. This game looked really cool and the Tales series hasn't ever let me down in the past so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am pleased so far.

I hope my purchase will help bring more Tales games to us in North America.

Like previous tales games, it has a great combat system and a lengthy story to tell. The combat is a real time battle system instead of a traditional turn based. The story is connected to Tales of Zesteria but this one takes place many years before Zesteria so you can safely play this first. I would recommend this game to any jrpg fan.

I bought this game after not enjoying Zesteria. Been playing Tales games since Symphonia with favorites being Xillia and Vesperia. About 10 hours in and definitely liking the game more than Zesteria! Characters as always are charming and it is interesting to play as cage actors who questionable things for sake of their own agendas!

Excellent sequel to this long series of quality JRPGs. Enough said ;)

awesome combat system very dark story for a tales game but good main character is a badass all characters got there funny hilarious moments if ur a fan of the series ul love it if ur starting i think if u like rpg u can get into it

Namco's recent installment of the Tales series brings a new twist to the series. I like the plot and the main characters. The game isn't happy go lucky anymore. Its darker and more gruesome. Also the combat is fun and fast paced. The only thing holding the game back though is the outdated engine and subpar textures.

It's an OK game and a great tales game. Good for beginners due to its very straight forward combat system.

It's a very good tales game in the series. The characters are cool and the story is interesting. Some of the other games in the Tales series have been a little bad recently but this one is much better. If you are fan then get this game. It is your typical Japanese rpg so just remember that before you buy.

I've probably played about 20+ hours so far, enjoying it. Story is ok, but has been picking up. I really like the main character. I'm a little disappointed with the itemization, just seems a bit bland and not varied enough. Seems like I have a long ways to go, and things keep opening up, adding a new layer.

Been playing this with my sister who's totally into this game! I'm currently playing it through and really enjoying the story so far, very intense to say the least and ultimately a fun Tales game.
