Well given it's a story based video game I really don't have too much to say about it that wouldn't involve spoilers. It's one of the 5 or so PS4 games I would say are actually worth playing through. The game works sort of like a choose your own adventure book/game which makes it worthwhile to play through multiple times for different scenarios and outcomes. Some of the dialog is rather annoying early on (college kids yay) but becomes less so as the game progresses. Given you can pick it up for $20 new now or $5 used it's definitely worth checking out

One of the best game experiences that I've had in this generation of systems. Visually the game is stunning with the lighting effects they use to help build the environment. Fun teen slasher/scary movie script and the characters are well developed. About 10 hours on the first play through but will be going back through a couple more to see what other outcomes can happen as almost all of your decisions really impact what happens (even more than the telltale games).

Was apprehensive about this game since I hd not heard much. So far really good. Kinda spooky. For those wondering, its one of those story through games.

I have had this game since it's release and I am on my second play through. It strikes me as the type of game you might want to play about four or five times through. My only knocks are that they game is a little short and very linear. You need to make sure you explore all areas throughly before you move on the least little bit, because odds are you will not be able to return to that area. Even with something as simple as walking through a gate. Once you are on the other side, you are stuck. Even with the few shortcomings it has I would highly recommend this game.

I played this game when it came out and was not too terribly impressed. It was fairly cliched and predictable, much like the popular movie, Cabin in the Woods. But upon playing this with a group of people, it became an entirely new experience! I highly recommend this game for a party night event. Our group had lots of fun because of the varying skill levels of gamers present in the room and the suggestions that played out.

This game doesn't have any sort of co-op mode but the ease of controls means it's a great game for passing around a controller. I spent about 8 hours over the course of one day playing this with my partner because we were so enthralled by the story. Well worth it and we are now on our second play through to see what ending we can get this time!

This is the best zombie game I've played so far. Beautiful graphics and good mechanics make this an awesome game, let alone the hordes of zombies you encounter! Great game so far, but could've used a less bland storyline. The fact it is set in my home state of Oregon, and not far away is a point in its favor. The scenery is spot on and couldn't have reflected truer gasoline prices ;).

I really enjoyed my first time through this game. I love the fact that the characters all have a chance to live or die and it's up to you to decide. There are some top notch actors that are a part of this game so the voice acting is great! The environments are truly creepy and you really do get a since of dread when the characters are in life or death situations. This has a feel of a horror movie and is certainly not a typical "B" movie storyline.

I was never the biggest fan of the "interactive movie" style games, and definitely not a fan of "survival horror." In fact I stay away from horror movies like the plague. Until Dawn though made for a stupendously fun experience. I played it with three other friends for about 8 hours through the night. We had a great time debating which choices to make and passing the controller around as we completed sections or killed off characters. The game is kind of hammy in its writing, and very trope filled...but it's intentionally done and it really works!
