The stove arrived and the top porcelin has a big chunk of the porcelin chipped off. Stove is not working correctly as the electronic ignition switch is defective. I called Premier for a new stove top, and that is on back order. I am waiting for the local authorized repair company to call me back to schedule a service. They probably will have to order the part, and that too will probably be on back order. This stove was expensive, and I understand that this is because it is a small speciality item. I had expected the stove to at least work. Horrible stove, and service is dismal.

24” Range Top Oven replaced an older unit. Very Nice & Solid. This unit was delivered MISSING ONE OF THE ADJUSTABLE FEET. After 4 calls, I have yet to reach anyone interested in providing a replacement for the missing adjustable foot. Placed a temporary shim under the unit to keep it from rocking back n forth.

This is over all a good stove, I just wish it was more premium for the price. There are some cheap plastic pieces that I do not think are appealing. It’s made in the USA though so I am happy to support domestic workers.

To make matters worst we received our, Premier-24" stove, with a damaged oven handle--which nothing is being done to correct the problem.

4 1/2 years ago, bought the first one. Got it home and it broke down after one month. Brought it back and received another stove. Almost every 2 months the oven light bulb blows. After a year, the clock and timer stopped working. 4 years later the whole oven stopped working. Had an appliance repair man fix it. He had to disconnect the wires to the clock to get the oven working. Now the oven keeps making a snapping noise every few minutes, and sometimes when you have the oven on and turn the oven light on it trips the safety on the wall socket. If you don't notice your meal does not get done on time. Not a good oven. It was very expensive. Have had ovens half the price that were much more reliable.

Like all 24 inch ranges, this one is a bit pricey considering it is a basic stove that does not have self cleaning. However, it feels sturdy, the oven heats up very quickly, and I like that there are different size burners for different uses. I also like that is is made in the USA!

I special ordered this stove sight unseen for my small kitchen. It was finally delivered and I'm very happy with it. I used the oven immediately to make a cake and it was perfect... heating was consistent, very easy to use. I love the window and oven light which allow me to view the cake without opening the oven. My range was installed with Best Buy and they were very thorough, quick, and professional with my installation. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I wish you had the ability to set the timer on the oven... but unfortunately that was not a feature offered.
