I have had my stove for 2 years. The stove top is very useful. I do use 5 or 6 burners when doing a large dinner. The oven is large. This stove is a homeowner that aspires to be a commercial stove. It costs $2000 not $6000 and there are limits. It is not as heavy construction as a commercial stove. I treat it real nice and I have had to adjust some things (doors, broiler, springs) and do some fine tuning. The oven is large and heats accurately. I added some plain red bricks in the very bottom of the oven to stabilize and hold the heat. The stainless on the exterior cleans up well but be advised to use proper cleaner and some real effort. Visiters admire the stove. It looks good in my kitchen. So far works good and no big problems.
