So far I love it. Clean lines. Good heavy grates. Easy smooth burner control. Easy to clean. Low low burner setting is very helpful.

I have 5 appliances, 4 I am very pleased with. My cook top by Jennair is not working properly, one of the banners is slow to light and another, is slow or it doesn't light at all. As much as it cost this should not happen. The look of the cook top is amazing.

Love it, especially the red knobs (of course). More practical layout than our previous Viking cooktop, and burners are more 'focused' - you don't feel all that wasted heat coming off it; more/most of it goes into heating whatever is on the burner.

I am dissapointed on when you show open box items Yet they are unavailable near me to purchase. So I ingaged you team of specialist and said find where the open box is within the United States and I will purchase them and truck them to me. They never could locate those open box deals. This really as a consumer makes me feel it is all a hoax to then come back and make you purchase new product. Very frustrating. If the item that is an open box is out ot the viewers area then it should not show up as a tease.

The display buttons are not very sensitive and have to press them a couple of times to work

The product is magnificent, but it should be. The installation, stellar! There wasn't an extra 1/8"! However, still waiting (6 wks.) For Best Buy credit point vouchers.

Consulting completed after purchasing fridge. Needed door panels. Still not installed. Panels sitting in my great room. Canceled everything. No calls back. Disgraceful. Not sure how they stay in business

This is a difficult time to have to purchase a high-end appliance like a built-in refrigerator but our Pacific Sales consultant made it much simpler by helping us hone in on appliances that were available for delivery soon. This eliminated some of our top choices, but it netted us an excellent refrigerator that was delivered and installed in just a week, a virtual miracle in this economy, We are grateful for her help.

Shopped at Pacific Sales (owned by Best Buy). I worked with Daniel Macias. He is excellent to work with. Helped with the selection and then maintained contact with me during the entire delivery process, which took several months due to supplier issues. Highly recommend his services to anyone interested in kitchen or entertainment designs.

Nayde very good but you have systems and inventory problems

Tony did an excellent job of clearly outlining various options for us and supported us with updates in the time between order and delivery. He arranged a preview for the installation team so there would be no surprises for either of us. Went very smoothly.

Cain and Victor did an exceptional job installing my KitchenAid gas range. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know their ETA. The handled the unit with care, raised it 0.5” and leveled it once it was in position. I would give them 10 out of 10 for their service.

Horrible customer service. Four times I made appointments with guys and you never showed up for any of them. I was forced to be available for the four hour window you guys work with - four different times. I was never notified about not showing up. I always used Best Buy in the past and have always had good experiences. Now I am forced to consider other vendors due to your extreme lack of customer service.
