Too Expensive for Horrible Customer Service

I loved the way this product looked, but after 6 months, it began exploding water all over from the inlet when the water turned on to make ice. I contacted customer service and they indicated someone would be contacting me to make an appt for service. Four months of follow ups and NOTHING. Its a beautiful product, but the customer service is horrible.

Fridge is Great but the Lies
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I received the notice back on the original due dste I headed off to the store to pick up my fridge but customer service told me when I got there that it had not shipped and I was told it was in transit and would be the upcoming Sunday. I called customer service when it did not arrive and wanted a tracking number and telephone number of the freight company. The tracking number was bogus and the telephone number was for FedEx. I wanted to cancel after month 2 but i was continually told I could not cancel as the fridge was in transit. I receoved my fridge after 3 months. The fridge is cool, the lies were not!

Stay away from this brand.

Horrible experience
