When you have eight kids and most are teenagers, you have to go as big as you can. It's the only way you can keep up with demand. This one is nice and big, the biggest I've seen that isn't commercial grade. It works good and has a nice design.

I purchased this with a group at work to use for making breakfasts, and we all love it. It heats up quickly, is easy to use and clean, and cooks fairly well - the very center and outer inch do not cook as fast, but this is to be expected from a griddle. I liked it so much I went and bought a second one to use at home. We selected this one for the size, and it has not disappointed. To give you an idea, we cook 9-12 slices of french toast (depending upon the size of bread) at a time. We have yet to find something that it can't cook. The tilt for cooking things like bacon works effectively, and the tray is easy to clean out. My only real complaint would be the catch "trough" that lines the front of the griddle and drains into the tray can be difficult to clean, as the front lip cannot be removed.

It's easy to use, plug and go. It takes less than a minute to heat up, and you can cook ANYTHING on it. Best alternative if you don't have a gas or electric range. Great price for what you get also.
