This is a very nice quality and highly detailed guide. It covers the entire walkthrough of the game, including where to find all items and which Pokemon are available in each area (and whether the Pokemon is easy or difficult to encounter). The guide also has separate sections covering each mode/facet of the game such as Pokelago, battle tree, TM's, Pokeballs, Pokescan, things to do after completing the game, etc. There is a Pokedex section with small photos of every Pokemon and how to level them up, but an insert included with the guide indicates a separate more detailed strategy guide dedicated entirely to the Pokedex will be released some time early this year.

I bought this book as a collector, not really expecting anything amazing, as most recent Pokemon guides have been very sub-par. This exceeded my expectations, and anyone looking for a step by step walkthrough through the main game will find it more than sufficiant. It has few errors that I've been able to find, and has locations for all obtainable Pokemon. My only complaint from a content standpoint is there is no guide for the Post game content, which is instead located in the sister guide, the offical pokedex. As for the quality, it looks and feels quite nice. The paper is glossy, the colors are vibrant and the bonus art that comes with the book looks great. As a collector's item I have no complaints.

This is an informative guide that helps you to the end of the game, however its not a guide for the post game story. This also doesn't include a Pokedex which is a bummer. What is great is it will show you what kind of Pokemon you can find on a route and how often. It also shows where some hidden items are. Overall, it is a good guide and is worth checking out.

My son wanted this book as soon as he heard about it. It is a great addition to the Pokémon:Sun video game. It is very detailed, colorful and provides a lot of information for each level of the game and characters.

This is one of the best guides in the Pokemon franchise, especially considering that this generation introduced a completely new region and variety of Pokemon. It's very colorful and kids will find it an easy read.

This is a very good strategy guide. It is detail and pretty. My only wish is if it has the slipcase so that guide and artwork can be stored in one place. Beware that post game guide will be out in early 2017.

This is a must have for those want to know every detail of Sun and Moon. It show every pokemon of this new region how to capture the toughest pokemon as long as tips and tricks to beat the hardest trials.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my Grandson who is a Pokemon fanatic. He spent to whole day looking through and reading the book and ignored all his other gifts so I guess it must be great.

Perfect guide for someone trying to get back into pokemon like myself. Grew up watching and playing the original pokemon and just now getting back in to it. This guide helps out a lot!

My son uses this book to work his way through the game on his 3DS Xl. He would play for hours if I was to let him! The book is heavy duty and durable!
