I wasn't able to see this in person before ordering, so it did end up being a little smaller than I anticipated. It's my first electric kettle so I don't have anything on which to base size. Not removing a star for that. The pour spout filter is kind of janky in how it fits and stays, but it works. This is where I took the star off, and really I wanted to give this 4.5 stars. It boils water. Not super expensive.

My high school junior is a tea lover. This electric kettle can stay up in her room for her to turn on whenever she's in the mood for tea. It heats up quickly and is convenient to use. Will be sending it to college with her!

I love this product make me have my cup of coffee every morning faster then my coffee maker.but only one thing that I have to say that it comes with only 2 feet cable.

This small electric kettle is perfect. Just the right size to stay on my counter all day. Water heats up quickly. This replaced one that I had for 10 years.. I was very happy to find the same model, and on sale too. Great value!

It's very much a 2-person kettle. But it does what you need it to. A+!

I purchased this kettle after seeing all positive review. I am happy with this kettle, it boils the water in few minutes. The only negative point is that the power cord is too short, otherwise everything is great.

I love this kettle. My grandchildren use it for making cocoa and oatmeal. It heats up very quickly and has an auto shut off when it reaches boiling. There's no cord to worry about, since it detaches when removed from stand. I must say I'm pretty impressed with its performance for the very reasonable price I paid!

These kettles are great. They use a lot less electricity and in 2 minutes you have a pot of tea. My husband uses it for his french press. We also use it for instant rice, heat the water, put in pot, add rice, put lid on and in 5 min. rice is perfect. Has many many uses. Love it.

I've had this for 7 years now and it's still going strong!!! My mom got it for me to take to college and I've kept it since! Take care of it and you'll have something that lasts for a long time!

I chose Proctor & Silex again because my last P&S kettle lasted me 16 years. This version is small at 1 liter with a loud heating element. I do like the auto shut off. It takes a few minutes to bring to a boil. I wish it was faster, like the old model.

Its good if I want to make some coffee, tea, or need some hot water.

For the price, it does what it claims to do. It boils water quickly. I have used it for one more months, I like it.

Use in the dorm. Can easily heat water for 1-4 cups of coffee or tea, and easy to store away.
