What's there to really say? This is SUCH a convenient thing to have available. You are not supposed to leave tvs out on the curb or by your dumpster people! Why not get a new TV from best buy and have them pick up your old one? It's a great service and incredibly underplayed.

As with the delivery and installation, the men were just as careful getting the washer out of a narrow hallway with lots of stairs.

A previous preach was pretty big so it took him a few minutes to get it out had to take the door off but everything worked out great they got it out and I don't have to worry about it anymore

We’ve purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher recently from Best Buy, along with installation of the new and removal of the old appliances. The new items are working great so far, and the delivery/installation guys were wonderful!

The fridge is great, and fits perfectly in the space. I love the bottom freezer compartment. You don't get into the freezer as often as you access the refrigerator space so it makes sense to have the freezer on the bottom. Installation went quickly, with delivery guys Erick and Juan being prompt , friendly, and well equipt to handle the stairs without any damage to the house.They cleaned up any mess and made sure everything was set up and running before they left.Thanks so much guys!

We have had the dryer for nearly a year and have been very pleased with its performance. Easy to use and easy to clean. Definitely recommend.

These guys are professional and take their time with installs. I've had guys previously punch holes in walls and ruin the new equipment, not these guys though! They're top notch. They successfully installed my stacked washer and dryer into a pretty darn tight space. Then moved my old washer/dryer to storage.

I'm so happy with this new washing machine! I upgraded to a larger size this time because we have a big family, and doing multiple loads used to take up so much time. With this larger capacity, laundry day is going to be so much easier and more efficient. Highly recommend for families!

These guys were the real deal! I didn’t think the old fridge would fit (we got new doors) and they didn’t even bat an eye. Professional, easy, quick!

Glad that I paid to have the old dishwasher removed and hauled away, possibly for recycling. Made my life much easier not having to deal with that and having scheduled it for when the new one was being installed. Very happy!

So glad that we got the Total Tech Membership with our purchase of Samsung 85" QN90B TV that included free delivery and install. After watching their two techs, Nate and Jordan, unbox and install our TV I know i would have broken something. Very happy with the new tv and delivery. They kept us up to date through the whole process and arrived at exactly the time they quoted. Nate and Jordan were very professional and courteous and even took the time to show us how to navigate the tv menu. They even hauled away our 12 year old plasma tv. The Total Tech Membership includes extended warranty which is nice to have in case something goes wrong.

Install of my new microwave and haul away of my old microwave went according to plan, was pretty fast and reasonably priced.

Two Geek Squad employees showed up on time and did an amazing job. They were friendly and professional. They removed my old tv with no problems.
