Good machine, got my legs strong and is helping me loose weight. You will have to pay for a personal digital trainer it’s not free. But overall great machine.

Excellent Recumbent Bike! Very easy setup. This is the same bike sold on Proform’s website for $150 more. It’s a mistake Best Buy calls it 440 E5, it is 440 ES which is clearly printed on the box and on the bike itself. Overall very rugged. Looks like professional gym bike. All the screw holes perfectly match with no issues whatsoever. Very happy that I bought this one. Between this bike and the treadmill I spend about 40 minutes every other day.

I bought this to get a head start on the New Year resolution everyone has in January. It comes delivered to within your home. The delivery people are very friendly and wear proper protection during delivery and maintain a safe distance. The assembly takes two people for safety but you can do it by yourself. Do not rush. Take your time to do it correctly. Assembly is simple and is fairly easy and quick to set up. Exercise programs are useful and does the job. The CONS: The initial setup is terrible!!! You MUST create an account and join their subscription program to even UNLOCK the machine to use it. This is a gimmick that may be a deal breaker for many. However you can cancel the subscription within 30 days during the trial period. Make sure you do this or you'll start getting charged the monthly subscription fee. The other con is that the initial picture of this item shows a display monitor. That can be misleading because there isn't a monitor provided. What's in the picture is if you were to attach your own tablet as an accessory. So there is no display on this machine.

Assembly was a bit challenging due to provided allen wrenches not fitting well. Bike offers good resistance options for a good workout. This bike is VERY quiet. Easy to move once assembled. Well constructed and stable compared to other home exercise bikes.

I purchased the bike due to limited mobility in my left hip and I thought this would be perfect for me. Unfortunately I had to return the bike due to my inability to move my leg/hip in the pedaling motion. There was nothing wrong with the bike and I feel it will be suitable for anyone in search of a recumbent bike. I purchased the delivery and set up option and they came and did an excellent, fast and professional job.

we enjoy this bike, its quiet and works well. it did arrived damaged (one pedal had a broken strap) but the manufacturer sent a replacement immediately.

Built to last. 300+ lb. limit handles me as a big guy. Yes, it was kinda hard to put together, but I did it in one long afternoon, but I am a left arm amputee, and had to use some ingenuity to hold bolts and tighten other end. If you can afford it, I would recommend paying to have it assembled by store personal. Built well, works well, comfortable, many features, and great price. Buy it!

Great bike for the price! It has so many features! It was pretty easy to put together. Customer service was good to work with!

Overall, not hard to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. I like the different programmed workouts. Still trying to figure out how to use iFit but I needed a new exercise bike and this one works.

Everything seems to be working as it should. The the control knob for the bicycle seat stop mechanism is not conveniently located. Operator has to contort in order to reach the knob.

Great machine, a little complicated to assemble alone much easier with a second person. Overall happy with my purchase.

This is really fun to ride especially if you download the IFit app and place a tablet on the holder. You can visit other countries virtually and it makes exercising so much more interesting

This is a quality bike. With gyms still being unsafe, the idea of having a good workout in my spare bedroom is nice, there's a dedicated space for my tablet which is hooked up with all my cable and streaming services, the fan is nice as well, the bike runs well, it's quiet, and it doesn't take up too much room. The best Guy fella was quick and he took ALL the proper safeguards when setting it up for me, so that was good, I have it right beneath my ceiling fan, so even in the upcoming summer heat, it'll be nice for a aerobic ride. Good job, Best Buy!

Works great. No issues at all. Very easy to assemble. You do need 2 people for install of display. But still easy. Very smooth machine.

Not too complicated...Easy to use..The screen holder is a bit high so you end up straining the neck a bit to watch but no big deal...

Purchased from Best Buy in mid November and delivery was before Thanksgiving! The ProForm -440 ES is an excellent choice compared to other bikes. It is easy to assemble, The bike is very sturdy with minimum wobble or vibration. I had one issue with one of the threaded inserts in the under seat. I contacted ProForm customer service to explain the issue and customer service was awesome! They shipped a new seat and necessary hardware within 10 days. Best customer service that I have experienced in years! Thank You ProForm! Oh, be sure to register your bikes warranty.

THIS BICK IS JUST LIKE BEEN IN THE GYM, I USE IT EVERY DAY. THERE WAS A LOT OF PARTS TO PUT IT TOGETHER BUT ONCES ITS TOGETHER YOUR DONE.

Bought this on black Friday and got a great deal. It is high quality and worth the price. It has a bunch of great features.

Great bike my wife really loves it and actually uses it. Getting the link set up was a little difficult but after finally getting it set up it works great.
