      Treadmill

      Thank you for your feedback. Occasionally, when you turn your treadmill on, it may do an automatic incline calibration where the treadmill automatically raises and lowers on its own. This is done to keep your treadmill in good working order. During the calibration, it is important not to touch the machine as it may disrupt the calibration.
