    It works ok. The built in programs are not easy to understand and seem to only be made for people running not walking. Never activated the ifit programming so I can't speak to that. It's clear they don't want you using the built in programs though.

    This is a very difficult unit to put together. We did get it set up which took two people. It can not be done with one. It worked great and appeared to be a solid machine. We were very happy for one month. However, after one month the screen started blinking and it completely stopped working. I've attempted to get help from Best Buy. But I've been transferred four times without assistance and then disconnected from the system. It has been a very negative experience without resolve. The machine is very heavy so I'm not sure if I can take it back to the store since there appears to me no other available help.

    This unit did not function after long overdue delivery and install. Supervisor promised next day replacement, which did not occur. No contact from manager or installer as of this date. Waited on hold for over an hour to speak with a representative and requested contact with management to no avail. Have Ben a loyal customer and am extremely disappointed with the entire process. Availability to local store is very inadequate, installation crew very incompetent. Very disheartened by the entire process. Someone should be accountable for this mismanagement.

    The belt is so thin it’s like running on metal. Not good if you have knee problems. Also, less than a year after buying and the belt doesn’t stay in place. It makes weird noises.

    The treadmill is great so far. Only thing i was disappointed about is the Bluetooth u can only use it with the ifit app. U cant hear any music on ur phone.

    The unit never worked properly ... would stop randomly every few minutes. Sometimes after a minute. Return was a breeze - ... Best Buy and the Total Tech Membership rocks! About the treadmill itself - ProForm makes it near impossible for us to use it without iFit membership. There is a manual mode where you don't need iFit, but not documented anywhere. Had to call their customer service.

    This was an upgrade from a very old, basic treadmill we had. It was pretty easy to put together, but you definitely need two people. I mainly bought this because I saw it had an indented part to the front panel where you can rest stuff like phones and music players, or even rest a large, heavy book if you're walking and wanting to read. The side compartments are very spacious - I was able to put a smaller book in one and a drink in the other. My boyfriend noticed how quiet this thing was compared to our old one, and he said underneath had a bunch of movement and suspension while I ran at 5mph which seemed to do very well to keep the run quieter overall. This also seemed to help keep the panel stable so your stuff isn't shaking or moving while you run. You can't bluetooth your phone audio to it apart from the iFit program, I think, but there is an aux 3.5 mm connector and I really enjoyed listening to my music via its speakers using that connector. The fan is great. The display lets me choose which setting to show (distance, speed, etc.).The most annoying part was just activating the treadmill - I had to create an iFit account and activated the free membership - they require you to put in credit card info in order to complete the free order. VERY frustrating. Be sure to cancel the auto renew of the membership after if you really don't want it. I still haven't figured out how to delete my credit card info from their site. Also activating the treadmill was a problem - the red warning on the panel had an activation code that did not work when I tried activating that via iFit's site. iFit.com/activate kept bringing me to a login screen. So I had to call Proform support. Luckily, automated system said for activating the product with iFit, to press and hold the iFit program button until there was a green light lit up above the icon. I don't really know what the red image's activation code was for. My boyfriend thought maybe iFit DID activate the product even though the iFit page said the code wasn't valid. Regardless - after 15 minutes of headache, I was finally able to use the treadmill. I was going to give it 4 stars for the activation headache but I really did like my first workout on it so I'll keep it at 5. The Proform site was really easy to set up with registration. I just wish you could buy a great treadmill nowadays without the dependency of a workout program or giving your address, credit card info, and phone number to people who don't need it, JUST to use it. Maybe I did something wrong - maybe Proform can clarify this by responding to my review in case I did do something I could've avoided with activation, for potential future customers. :) Else, Proform - make this iFit stuff optional for people. People like me who are forced to sign up for these programs will definitely NOT renew due to frustration of being forced to sign up in the first place. But if I got something wrong - then update your instructions, please. :)

    Received a repackaged partially functioning item

    We thought we were getting a new treadmill. This one looked like it had been repackaged. Then the incline function did not work. We were told it will take 2 weeks for a technician to come to replace the motor. I will be reluctant to order from Best Buy again.
