I was initially nervous about purchasing a treadmill online, especially from a store that is not known for its exercise equipment. Order and delivery were a cinch and I received the treadmill within a week. They even brought it into my basement and placed the box where I asked them to. The treadmill itself is a good value. I was concerned about motor size, deck size, the screen, etc. I was worried this treadmill would be too small, but is just fine for my needs. I am 6 feet tall and can run just fine. The fact that you can fold it up is nice and helps me keep space in my gym setup. I did not purchase iFit, but if you just hold the iFit button you can bypass the screen that forces you to buy it. I am not an avid runner, so the price to value ratio (was on sale) for this treadmill worked for me.

Had the geek squad put it together--took about an hour. Read the directions a number of times to make sure I did the operation correctly. The machine does what I expected and quietly.

Love this treadmill! It does not have a heart rate monitor so make sure you realize that. I didn’t need one since my watch does that for me. Definitely a great value and I love the iFIT programs that come with it.

TREADMILL WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. USED DAILY AND THE ONLY ISSUE SO FAR IS THE UNIT GOING TO MAX INCLINE AFTER PLUGGING IN WITHOUT TOUCHING ANY BUTTONS. THIS HAS OCCURED TWICE,BUT AFTER SETTING BACK TO ZERO NO PROBLEMS.

    Incline issue

The treadmill worked great the first month and half. One morning when I turned it on the incline monitor had blue line and it didn't show a number. It started rising on its own and the walking belt wouldn't start. I pressed the reset button, but it didn't reset, so I called and scheduled a return. A few days later, I tried the reset button a few more times. After it finished inclined, then it finally started to go back down, but at a very slow rate. I previously had purchased an elliptical the same time I bought the treadmill, but it had an incline issue and I returned. I think this brand has an incline issue with some of their products. I was not confident in the quality of the machine to keep it, so I moved forward with the return.

If the incline system is not functioning properly, it may need to be calibrated. To calibrate the incline system, press the incline increase or decrease button. The treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. When the treadmill stops moving, the incline system is calibrated.

I gave a 5 star review before but need to update as just a few days ago, I was walking on a 3.0 speed (and at a 2.0 incline) when I noticed a burning smell and then it just died. Won't power up anymore at all; motherboard is likely shot. It looks great and worked well for the time I had it. My other treadmill lasted 10 years, so I'm not sure what to think. Just a heads up: If you do smell burning, the belt'll soon stop turning!

This is a great treadmill. It has several options and availability of interaction threw IFIT. My daughter bought one and liked it so I bought one as well. The only thing I see is a negative is when you lift the treadmill up it rubs on the right side of the arm. Not a great big deal but it does it on both of ours so we figure it’s a design flaw.

It’s extremely heavy but it’s not sturdy. The side tape is coming off and I’ve only had it for 2 weeks. It does not have many features just speeds 1-10 incline same as speed, fan, and you have to subscribe to ifit to unlock treadmill. Did I also mention how heavy it is to move.

We are sorry you are not happy enough to give us a 5-star review. Our ProForm 505 weighs in at 197 pounds and is rated for a user weight up to 300 pounds. You are correct that this treadmill will incline up to 10% and has a top speed of 10 mph. We have multiple models available with different features, including faster speeds and higher inclines.

iFIT is optional and not required to use your treadmill. However, we encourage you to try iFIT during the free trial period because the workouts are extremely enjoyable. Your User’s Manual contains detailed instructions on how to use manual mode if you do not wish to use iFIT.

My previous treadmill was a ProForm, and I used it for 21 years. I like everything about this treadmill except for the noise it makes. I watch tv with a headset on, but the treadmill is still too noisy. It is much noisier than my previous one. I walk between 3.4 and 3.7 miles per hour, but the faster I walk, the more noise it makes. I am going to try to adjust the belt, and see if that makes a difference. If not, I will contact the manufacturer and have them make a service call. I will update my review if I am able to resolve the noise issue.

This is exactly what we were looking for in a treadmill. We had been doing an outdoor walk for several years and decided to change our ways and give this a try. Glad we did. The ability for my wife and I to walk/jog/run at our own individual pace is the best thing about it. Adjusting the incline is a great feature too. In all honesty we don't pay much attention to the readout on the screen because we use our Apple watches to measure our exercise and progress. We are very satisfied with this unit so far.

I ordered this online and it was delivered on time and even they placed it upstairs where I was planning to place the treadmill. Thanks to them since it was very heavy and so we couldn't carry it upstairs. I didn't order for the assembly and so I assembled it myself with the help of my friends. It was running fine for two days and after it started getting some strange noise. So I wanted to return it, Since I didn't order for the assembly, I had to disassemble it myself and carry it to best buy to return it. We almost spent 2 hours to assemble this and also it's very heavy and so we cannot carry it. So I called proform since it has the manufacturer's warranty, they came and replaced a roller and it's working fine now. That's why I gave 3 stars otherwise I would have given 4 or even 5.

It works well as you would think a treadmill would work. The fan is a nice touch and the speakers work at a decent volume. The treadmill does not feel flimsy.
