The belt is extra long, so I don't feel like my foot might go off the back when running. I love that it has a fan, and lots of programs to use, even though I don't do the fit program. Good price and is a lot quieter than my last one.

Worthy purchase

I wanted a machine that would be the most bang for my buck and this treadmill delivers! The assembly was easy, shipping was fast, it is very sturdy and does everything I need. The Ifit membership is a nice bonus too.

Turned it on and went to put the incline up . Inclined up to 10% and wouldn’t come back down . Called Proform to report it so they had to send me a new motor which took 1 full week to receive . Ok no problem . I put in the new motor and still the incline doesn’t come down with new motor . Ridiculous . So I had to ultimately return this item . Which I had to take another 1 hour to disassemble . I understand it things do come defective . But even customer care couldn’t figure out the issue . Returned it and went with adifferent brand .

We’re sorry the unit received was staying at an incline and that you ultimately returned the treadmill after spending so much time with it.
Did you try calibrating the system (pg 23 in user manual)? We’re sorry that our service did not find a solution for you at the time. This issue is uncommon and we stand by our quality equipment.

IFit isn’t a bad program but probably won’t use past trial period. Assembly was easy enough with one person. Good for in home just wish the speakers were able to Bluetooth to a phone for use
